Hated to send them back -
Loved the look of the shoe, though the toe is turned up a bit much. I wanted to keep the shoe but from an appearance standpoint but comfort wise they were a bit short and tight in width, perhaps because the toe narrows. Unfortunately, the Steve Madden line does not offer 12.5 or wider than medium.

Hot, Ho, Hot!!
I have nothing but good things to say about Zappos and these shoes. They were a hit at the New Years party I went to. I would recommend these shoes to anyone.

 |  | I could swear that my orders get to me faster than sales people bring them to me in the retail stores! Has anyone ever tried getting a shoe sales person in a department store? It's a zoo! I haven't bought any shoes from retail stores this year. Why bother? The salespeople could care less! Zappos sales associates care and they let the "customer" know that they care!!! I love Zappos!
