Great boots. My three year old daughter loves them. They are both durable and comfortable.

OMG, these shoes are the BEST!
I purchased a few different kinds of these, and by far these were the cutest shoes, very well made. My daughter LOVES them, and so do I, so I will probably be buying more when she outgrows them! ;o)

Best online experience ever!!
We ordered the boots at about 5pm and they arrived at my door before 11am the next morning (free shipping even :)) Zappos has all the latest styles and at great prices!! I will continue to shop at Zappos!

My 8 year old daughter loves the boots; they are warm, comfortable and look great. I only wish that the sides of the boot where the string laces up were sewn together. You need to pull the laces tight so there is no gap for cold air or snow to get into. I have recommended these boots to other people.

I really wish...
..wish I could keep these! I wear women's size 4.5 - 5, but these boots in kids' size 4 were too BIG! Zappos was very understanding and exchanged these for a size 3 in two days, but the 3 is still a bit big and kind of flops when I walk. Putting in sheepskin insoles and wearing thick socks seem to help, but all the reviews indicate shoes like these must feel snug because they stretch. WEEP!

I received these boots in one day. What fast service the boots were everything I expected. For people that don’t know this boot runs big, but I knew that and took that into consideration so they fit perfect. I love these boots and have gotten a lot of compliments on them.

Great boots at a reasonable price!
These are just as good as the Uggs my daughter has worn for years as far as comfort and durability. The wool lining is different than Uggs but the price point more than makes up for that. This is a great boot for growing kids when you don't want to pay a fortune.

When I called the Zappos customer service line, I was immediately issued the new pair, which arrived AGAIN within two days! That was before I had the chance to even get the first pair in the return post. That's the best customer service I've ever had. Thank you Zappos. You have made a permanent customer out of me!
