I have been wearing Birkenstock sandals for years on end and love them. My feet never hurt or get tired. The Orlando straps have a slight curve to them, which adds a little more flare to the sandal. The straps can be easily adjusted to accommodate even narrow feet.

Heaven for your feet! I discovered Birkenstocks while living in Germany and have several unique pairs of these wonderfully comfortable sandals. These gorgeous silver Orlandos are so fun! Thank you, Zappos for your usual excellent service. I got these in less than 24 hours! You guys rock!

I purchased these at the last minuet as my secondary wedding shoes. I ordered on Monday and they were at my house by Tuesday noon. I didn’t even pay for the rush shipping. This is my 5th pair of Birk, so I knew what to expect. I wore ballet flats for my ceremony and had planned on switching in to the Birks if my feet began to hurt over the course of a long wedding day. I ended up changing in to the Birks right after the ceremony to cool off my feet. I left on for the rest of the night. I danced and walk around all night with no issue. Thank you!

Silver Birkenstocks -
This is the first time I have tried Birkenstocks and I really like these sandals. The silver goes with any color clothing and can even be worn with a skirt because they look dressier than the darker colors.

Extremely Comfy Sandal -
I have received many compliments on this sandal; the silver is very unique and goes with everything. It is hard to find a narrow sandal, and these fit perfectly. The arch support is just right and the comfort is fantastic.

All I can say is that the next time someone does a design for Dorothy and her red shoes, they should change it to these Orlando SILVERs. What a hoot!!! When I opened the box, I starting laughing what some call my wicked laugh... it comes deep from my belly - these babies are so glitz/glam/shine/eyepopping I can't wait to wear them this season. And what a price - thx Zappos!

Please Explain the Different Types of Birkenstock Footbeds -
I have Birki's and Papillios and the sizes all differ in width; the footbeds are not as deep. I am often confused in the descriptions about which Birkenstock shoes have the traditional deep heel bed. That should be explained more clearly to differentiate the various footbeds that Birkenstock has to offer.
I have an old pair of Birkenstock Orlandos in size 40 which are more than 10-years-old.
I wanted a new pair with the traditional, deep footbed and, since I am older now and my shoe size has changed, I thought I should get the next size (41) because I must buy a wide in dress shoes.
They were about an inch too big in the back and very, very wide (I ordered the regular).
If you are a very wide size in traditional shoes, I would stick with the Birkenstock "regular" width. If you wear regular width, get the "narrow" width in Birkenstock.
The shoes came in about 14 hours. Quick delivery!
