Shoe Size: Felt a full size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: No arch support
These shoes are ridiculously narrow, although they are gorgeous! I ordered the gold mirror and they are darling! I just exchanged the ones I ordered for a whole size up. The new ones are on the way and I hope they have better comfort. Wish me good luck!

 |  | Thank you very much... I just went to the door and there were my beautiful new blue slides. I can't believe I received them less than 24 hours after I ordered them. Service, service, service. Your people know what is the most important thing to do to bring customers back time after time after time. You can have an excellent product, but if the customer doesn't feel important, it makes no difference what one is selling. Too bad more people in the business world don't apply
