Cute... I ordered this in folkstone grey- my initial impression of this jacket was that it is very cute, but I’m not sure if the quality is up to par. There were a few loose threads here and there, because of the fabric. I will be returning it. I also didn't like the fact that the hood was not unattachable.

	I could swear that my orders get to me faster than sales people bring them to me in the retail stores! Has anyone ever tried getting a shoe sales person in a department store? It's a zoo! I haven't bought any shoes from retail stores this year. Why bother? The salespeople could care less! Zappos sales associates care and they let the "customer" know that they care!!! I love Zappos! Love my shoes!!! Thank You, Helen F.
