These sandals are the best shoes I have ever had. They are worth every dollar. Everyone that sees them asks where I got them. My sister even bought a pair.

Don't get all the hype -
Had to return. Just fit too snugly and I thought looks wise it would be great for a "camping shoe" but wasn't great for hanging out at swim meets, bbqs, and other summer time events I attend. My six year old commented that it looked "big and goofy" and I kind of had to agree. Still LOVE Zappos though!!

Best pair ever -
I love these shoes... and they are the 6th pair of Keens I've purchased. I generally have to wear orthotics, but I can wear the Newports right out of the box. Excellent for city-hiking or just walking around.

Functional and Comfortable -
I bought this shoe after seeing it on several fellow travelers on a recent trip to South Africa. It was perfect for the game viewing rides and for walking in "bush" conditions. I thought it might be good for the occasional summer hike or outdoors activity. I found that it fits well and is comfortable. I took the others' advice and ordered it a half size larger than my usual. This was a good decision as they fit perfectly. They also accommodate my bunions and other foot problems very well. My only complaint is that my soles sweat a bit when wearing them and so for me, they are more comfortable wearing with socks.

First I have to say, ZAPPOS is Superior in customer service! This is my second pair of Keen Newport’s; they are true to size, comfortable, and sea worthy. You won't be disappointed.

Great comfort -
I have many pairs of Keens and love them all! Fit is 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear. I have worn corrective shoes as a child and can wear these all day! Leather is a little warmer than the Newport 2, but I still love them!

This is my third pair of Keens Newport. I have the blue, the raisin and now the sand. This is a comfortable, supportive sandal and I do not have to worry about my toes. I also think they look great on my feet. Order this in a half size larger than normal for a great fit.

Love at First Fit -
Sometimes a footwear brand comes out on to the market, and then after not too long, it disappears. I hope and pray this never happens to Keens! It seems like Keens are the only shoe that my fit feet such that when I put them on for the first time, it feels like they are already 'broken in'. Total comfort. As someone who has arthritis in my big toe mount joint, I actually find myself preferring to wear them instead of going barefoot, which has always been what I like to do best. But now, my feet feel so supported, I prefer to wear my Keens when my feet are sore and tired from working on my feet all day. As far as the Newport's go, they are fantastic, and continue to hold their shape and form well even in wet conditions. The cord is a great design feature, so that if my one foot is swollen from overuse, I can just adjust accordingly for comfort. Thanks for offering such a great product and great service, and please tell me that Keens are here to stay, as I will never wear any other footwear but Keens again!

TREMENDOUSLY Satisfied Customer!!
I actually felt like I was in Heaven when I stepped into these sandals. I am the pickiest shoe customer, I guarantee you, and these keep on feeling great long after the initial wear. They looked so comfortable, my husband had me order him a pair of Men's Newport and he loves them as well. Haven't tried them in the waterpark yet but I can tell they will work beautifully with the quality sole and upper. The best part is they feel better than my most expensive tennies with my chronic plantar faciitis problem. These are made to last, buy them!

Not the most beautiful sandal though several have stopped me and said they thought it was “cute1” But soo comfortable! No breaking in--just buy it and wear it. Have already bought another Keen sandal. I wear a 6N but the 6M fits fine and good support.

I LOVE THIS SHOE!!! I am actually disappointed when I can't wear this shoe out, and I wear it at every opportunity. If I am doing dishes, I will put it on because it seems to even make that more fun! SOOOO COMFORTABLE! The fit is a little small as other reviews have indicated so round up to the nearest size (or half-size). I am usually comfortable in a 9.5 so I ordered a 10-perfect! Don't think of this shoe as a sandal-think of it as a leather shoe with air-conditioning. I have worn it with socks and without but I don't think it will work when it hits 90+ degrees. I will be shopping for another shoe by Keen...what a shame!

Love these shoes. Have them in three colors. The rubber can sometimes feel warm on a hot day but I got used to it.
Maybe I shouldn't write a great review; they'll get sold out faster.

Since I was given the Keen shoes for a present I have worn so much. I hardly wear anything else. They are truly so comfortable. I even wear them to church.

THE BEST SHOE -
I needed a shoe for spring-fall to wear every day. I am an Uggs girl for winter. I never wear socks. This shoe is amazing. Not scratchy at all- soft and supportive. My foot is a little narrow, but the pull cord takes care of that. You must order a half size larger, if not the arch hits wrong and it is painful. My foot does not sweat at all on the sole. I had a pair of "Teva dozers" that I bought first because of the price, but they were scratchy and sweaty. This is the pair that is worth the money. Zappos got me my shoes the next day. Try them!

Awesome, right out of the box!
I did have to order a 1/2 size up. I was surprised when I got them how well they fit. I was able to wear them right away without having to break them in. They are even more comfy after wearing them a few times! Yes, they are pricey, but well worth the money.

This is the first Keen that I've been able to wear, though I've always loved the look. I have bunions and need the wide footbed for which they're famous, but I also have narrow ankles and one of them sprains easily. Keens are usually too wide in the ankle region. This one, however, can be tightened to provide support. The shoe can be worn with and without socks and works nicely as a semi-sandal. The footbed is firm and well-formed. However, it's not as cushiony or supportive as a running shoe and my feet notice this, but I get tired of running shoes!

Got them today and absolutely love them! They are comfy and so cute...even got my little girl a matching pair (hers are pink of course).
These shoes are made very well and totally worth the price. I wish they didn't come in so many colors because now I want more. :)

My favorite shoe! Most of my favorite shoes are Keen. Several years ago I saw this cute shoe in the Faded Clay color on someone at a store, and asked her what kind of shoes she had on. I thought they were adorable in a rugged way, and looked comfortable. She said, "Keen", told me how comfortable, durable, and washable in the washing machine they were. Now I have the same shoes, plus two other colors! Totally wonderful, much better than sneakers. Runs a bit small, order a size up. Zappos is a GREAT online shopping company, too.

A Disappointment -
I am a true believer in Keen shoes, and was so excited to get my new Newports that were to replace my old Jamestown’s. This style has a sewn in sock type insert that has a seam right down the middle of the back. From the first moment I tried on this sandal, it rubbed badly on both heels. I really wanted them to work, so I decided to wear them around the house to see if the knotted thread area would soften up--WRONG! I wasn't able to wear them but about ten minutes and I couldn't take it any longer. The Rum Raisin color is great, but the seam in the back makes this show totally worthless for me. Thank you Zappos for the great return service. This will keep me returning in the future.
