This is the second pair of shoes I have purchased from Zappos and I have been really pleased both times. How often do you find some place that will cover shipping both to and from? The New Balance shoes, which I purchased for the support and looks, are excellent. At my age and with less than perfect feet, they are a great solution and keep me walking the dog!

This shoe for the price is a very good buy. Well fit and last all day feeling that way. The support is nice and feels great to walk in. I buy all mine from Zappos and must say stay with New Balance and you will always be happy.

Over the years I have found New Balance to be the only shoes to give my feet the support they need. It is a high quality product that gives your feet the comfort and support they need. The shoe feels good and looks good. I am very pleased with the purchase of this product and highly recommend it.

Zappos is probably one of the greatest websites I order from. In my experience, the prices of the items are generally cheaper than other sites, shipping is fast (not to mention free, even on returns if you aren't happy with what you've ordered), and the vast selection of items to choose from is amazing. If you are looking for something, chances are Zappos.com will have it. Kudos and thank you for a job well done!

I purchased this shoe based on customer reviews, and they were right! I am a large woman who has feet and leg problems, and these shoes are wonderful. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on. The toe box is wide. No more pinched, sore toes. The shoe itself is heavy, but I don't think you would get the same cushioning and support from a lightweight, so that's a minor thing. I work 12 hour shifts. My feet feel as good at the end of my shift as they do at the beginning. Not one sore hurtful place. I would absolutely purchase these shoes again. Zappos, you are the greatest! Ordered online late Monday night and my shoes were at my door in Georgia the next day, Tuesday. I plan on ordering many more things from you. It doesn't matter if I spend $30.00 or $200.00. I get the same great service. I sincerely thank you.

This shoe is much more comfortable than its predecessor. If you have any stability problems with your feet, this is the shoe you need. I plan to purchase the white ones also.

I love these! I removed the insole and inserted my orthotic and the shoes have been great. My sore toes are sore no more! This is a very comfortable shoe. If only I could find some field boots I could think so highly of!

I usually wear a 9 5E, but I tried this 9 6E at the suggestion of a customer service person at Zappos. I am happy that I took her advice. It has a wide toe box, a rounded front and a higher back that keeps my heel in place. I highly recommend these shoes.

First I purchased New Balance MX855 / Medium. These sneakers look wide but in fact they are not. I have fairly wide feet so this model was kind of tight. I then bought New Balance MX855 / Wide. These shoes look wide and are wide. When I wore these shoes (Wide) for the first time I thought I looked like a clown. But all of my friends approved my new sneakers. Finally, I returned New Balance MX855 / Medium and kept New Balance MX855 / Wide. My general impression is positive, the shoes look stylish. However, I would rather recommend Nike Air Monarch III.

This black New Balance shoe has a terrific fit. I am connected to ground in a terrific and comfortable way. This New Balance shoe allows me to have an active life. If I had one pair of shoes I needed to bring to the Carnival in Rio, this would be the one.

I purchased these in black about a year ago. I only wore them for 2-3 months during the summer and then started wearing them again this month. The shoe is wearing a hole out from the INSIDE at the heel tab. At the price this is unacceptable. Cushioning and arch support are fair. I had to purchase a pair of SOF cushioned arch supports to make these more comfortable. If these had more cushioning and some arch support they would be great. I like the solid black which allows me to wear them at work and they could pass for a dress shoe if I keep them clean. Zappos is GREAT as always with 24 hour shipping. They get 5 stars. Tony S

I wear a size 15/narrow and I DO NOT like this replacement model of the MX854. The primary reason is that the heel appears to be about a 1/2 inch lower than its predecessor model. I feel unbalanced as I take a step, as if the majority of my weight is on the heel instead of the ball/toe area. It is so uncomfortable that I actually went back to wearing an older pair of MX854s. I wish that I could buy a few more pairs from closeout, but, you only have a size 10 & 18 available!

Good Fit -
I have been looking for shoes to wear with my orthodics the provided stability for my foot and knees. This shoe gave me those qualities and helped with my back issues. This solved a lot of my leg problems and is a good fit.

Great sneaker -
These are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever purchased and fit true to size as stated. I am diabetic so the fit and extra cushioning/arch support is especially helpful. Also accommodate my orthotics very comfortably. Highly recommend this sneaker; this is the second pair I have purchased.

I absolutely LOVE these New Balance shoes!! This is my second pair of these exact same shoes!! Mine are blue and white not all black like the one pictured, but still the same model (MX855). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these to anyone who has big feet like me (14 4E). I also have really flat feet so these are perfect.

Tight, in both senses -
I like these shoes, but I badly needed a new pair so that might have something to do with it. They are tighter than I expected from NB, but perhaps my order being a size 15 had something to do with it. Right now am only using them at the gym for cardio workouts, but when (if?) they break in a little more they will be tested on the tennis court and in a 10K next month.

This is the second pair I've bought. My feet are big and wide, and I have major arthritis so finding well padded sport shoes are a must. They are comfortable and great for walking around town. I have an artificial knee so having a padded sole is a necessity. The leather stretches out quite a bit with use, that's the only thing I can say as a critique.

I put the shoe on and it was really snug to put on, (I used my finger as a shoe horn). But...Once they were on, they fit my foot like a glove! It was like they were custom fit for my foot. I have to say in 15 years of wearing several styles of these work clogs as a nurse on my feet up to 12 hours a day, these are the MOST comfortable shoes I've ever worn! My feet feel so good when I take them off at night, I am going to order another color so I can wear them as street shoes also~~~These shoes are AMAZING~~~~Plus, I don't usually care to purchase shoes online, but with Zappos free ship both ways, and Super Fast Shipping; what did I have to lose? I'm too busy to be running to different stores to try on shoes anyway~~~
