My ankle surgeon recommended the New Balance 621. I wore the 621 until New Balance changed to 622. I like it just as well. I\'ve tried several colors in this style, and I like them all. The black leather is more pliable than the other colors. Wish they made this shoe in a dark brown leather similar to the leather they use in the black shoe.

As a nurse who works 12 hour shifts, I need comfortable shoes. The New Balance 622 is the shoe for me. The shoe is great looking, I love the pink ones. I used to have a lot of leg pain until I found the New Balance shoes and now I wont wear anything else.

I ordered these shoes for my wife, her third pair and she\'s very happy with the fit, the quality and the comfort. Zappos is the most responsive and customer-friendly of any on-line supplier I\'ve used. A huge stock assortment, super fast shipping and a convenient return policy mean Zappos is the first place I look for shoes.

These shoes are super comfortable, offer great support for walking, and are very feminine in an understated way. The Zappos experience is flawless! I was wearing my shoes the very next day. I am so satisfied that I may order a second pair.

This is a comfortable shoe. I have a narrow foot with a low arch so typically, with athletic shoes, the toe box is too big and I have the laces tied so tight that the edges of the shoe are touching and there is no more room to tighten more if needed. This shoe fits great, both in the width toe box (width 2A) and in the arch area of the shoe. I work in a gym and am on my feet and active all day long and this shoe fits the bill.

First of all, I'd like to say that Zappos.com is a wonderful company to do business with regardless of the product one orders. As for the New Balance sneakers: They are comfortable, true to size and very easy to "break in." They are a substantial sneaker, but not heavy or tiring on the feet. I wear them all day most days.

First great praise to Zappos for their Customer Service. You were wonderful. You truly believe in the customer is first. The New Balance walking shoes are wonderful. I wore Rykas for years but since they are changing their styles and sizes the last 3 pairs were never really comfortable. The New Balance shoes do run narrower than other shoes so I had to return one pair from 6.5 medium to 7 wide. They are wonderful. I had a total knee replacement in March and I need a pair of shoes that are just right for walking 3-4 miles a day and I found them. I love your customer service as much as I love the shoes.

I've worn New Balance shoes for a long time. They are a quality product. I now have 3 pairs of this style in different colors. It's a good stable shoe for a good price. I've ordered shoes from Zappos for several years now and am very pleased with their products, pricing and services. The orders were delivered quickly and returns were handled efficiently. First off Zappos is the only place I shop for shoes online! I ordered my shoes on Monday and got them delivered on Tuesday. Who else does that? These are the only shoes I can wear to work. I stand all day and they support my feet and keep my back from being in horrible pain.

I purchased these as a 2nd choice. First choice not comfortable. However, they are wonderful for sore, difficult feet! I have a medical problem, thus have to wear a brace/support on my right foot. I work and want to have shoes that are at least attractive, even if they are sport shoes. These were perfect! Clean, comfortable, and answer the problem for me. Besides the beyond excellent service from Zappos (as usual), this shoe is very comfortable and I was able to break them in after one wearing. I always look for the cushioning on the heel and toe. I've worn them all day and they remain comfortable after several hours. I got the light brown ones and I love the color. I would definitely recommend this shoe. As for sizing, they run true to size. But I buy New Balance exclusively because of the fit.

New Balance makes a good product at a fair price. My most recent purchase is a little disappointing as the sneakers seem a little too stiff. I am getting used to them now, but they aren't as comfortable to me as the 621s have been.

These are good sturdy shoes that look nice. I have them in brown. The arch is not the best, but there is plenty of room for orthotics which I will be wearing with pretty much every shoe I buy because of my high arches & heel pain. Lots of toe room in this shoe, another thing I look for.

I ordered three different styles of sport shoes for walking and general exercising; an Asics pair which was a bit stiff and a little short on the toe, and two New Balance pairs. The one I kept was comfortable from the get go and I have walked up and down the pavement and ground in NW DC and loved them. They are very comfortable. I did add my Spenco insoles which I put in almost every shoe. I'm very happy with the New Balance WX622 and I was happy that it came in black as I strongly dislike white shoes, especially at size 11!

Received my order of New Balance shoes in record time. I have bought New Balance tennis shoes many times over the years for both my husband and myself and never had a problem with fit and comfort.\r\n\r\nIt is not New Balance I have given the low rating to but rather the Style WX622. They look fine and fit great until after wearing them for a half day when they begin to hurt until I have to take them off. I have several other pairs of tennis shoes of various brands and have never had a problem with them hurting the top part of my arch area underneath the tongue and laces. I have tried adjusting the tongue and loosening the laces all to no avail.\r\n\r\nBecause I wore them outside to walk in, I have not returned them, and do wear them, but not for all day.\r\n\r\nI noticed a few other reviewers reported they hurt but on the whole this particular style got good reviews. It just may be something about our feet that is not compatible with the wear of this style.

I purchased these for my 85 year old mother. I chose the white with pink trim in wide width. Mom still walks every day and she loves them. The extra width means she has lots of room in the toe box. I have a similar sneaker that I use for exercise on the elliptical. They work well for both applications. I highly recommend them!

This is my second pair of this particular New Balance shoe. I am a walker and found this shoe to be not only comfortable but also very durable. I can do my walk everyday without having to worry about any problems with my feet. Zappos mail their products very promptly and efficiently.

Bought these shoes for walking and everyday life. \r\nThey are true to size in length & width for my size 7 foot. I find them very comfortable and enjoy wearing them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable all round shoe. \r\nI bought solid black so as to not show grass stain or any other dirt or stain that might end up on my shoes.

The New Balance shoes were true to size. The AA was a great fit. New Balance seems to be the only company with truly narrow widths. I got my shoes the next day to my surprise. This is the best way to shop for narrow width shoes!
