Love them!
They're very sleek and stylish; the buckles are a good look with skirts and dresses. However at first, the leather looks a little cheap until you wear them a couple of times and they begin to look more expensive. Also, they are very comfortable and fit true to size. I have the brown and I love them.

Gorgeous Boot -
I love these boots! Great style. HOWEVER - I wish I had paid closer attention to the diameter of the shaft. I need about 1/2 inch more to be totally comfortable. I am hoping that they stretch or that I lose weight. Also, while the gel inserts are great in theory, they aren't enough. I added additional inserts, but may need to remove them because now my heel hits a seam that it didn't before and it rubs. Also, the folks who said these run a little narrower than expected were right on. I ordered mine a half-size larger than I wear and I am very glad I did.

Great boots!
These boots are terrifically comfortable. When I first put them on I couldn't zip them all the way up, which is a problem I often have. Then I realized there was a stretch panel built into the boot. What a relief! Love em'!

A little bit cowboy -
I ordered Elsie in a 9.5 (I am usually a 9.5 or 10), but she was too tight(the medium is a bit narrow). I am, however, very pleased with her pointy toe and comfortable heel. Definitely a good boot, especially at this price.

Lovely boot and a great price -
This boot looks beautiful, feels great and has a lot of style for not much money. It's very classy. The buckle detail really makes the difference in setting this boot apart. It has a slightly western flair, but it's pretty subtle. I ordered the brown and the color is a rich dark brown, just what I hoped for. I have very skinny legs and like the way this boot fits. I cannot say it fits snugly around my leg, but the gap is small and not unsightly. This boot also goes up higher on the leg than most similar styles, making for a very sleek look. I ordered a half-size larger than usual based on the pointy toe style (to avoid pinched toes) and this strategy worked perfectly. The boot definitely looks more expensive than what it cost. You would be hard pressed to find anything as nice without paying quite a bit more.

Style and comfort all in one!
These boots are absolutely beautiful. I have them in brown calf. I have received so many compliments on them. I never thought I could have comfort and style all in one. I wore them on a shopping expedition for nine hours. I’m telling you ladies by the time I got home I forgot they were even on my feet, I was already home for an hour before I had taken them off!

Sasquatch is coming!
I thought the combination of pointy toe, black leather (and nice buckle trim) and the great price would make this the perfect boot for me. I took the advice of one of the reviewers and ordered it a half-size larger, size 8. The problem is, these boots make my feet look HUGE. I enjoy wearing them, but every time I look down, I am startled when I see these incredibly large appendages!! I think I should have ordered them in my true size, because they tend to give a little with wear. All that size is in the front, not the heel.

I love these boots! Lot's of compliments. Only issue is there's no arch support but I buy my boots a size bigger and buy inserts for comfort anyway. Great price for such a good looking boot!!! Excellent service. It's crazy how fast Zappos sends their merchandise.

Fitzwell fits well!
There is nothing too outstanding about this boot in terms of comfort. It runs true to your shoe size and it's comfortable enough to wear for an entire day. It does, however, look more expensive than what it is and I've received many compliments on the boot. Not much traction on the sole and I have slipped a few times though.

An amazing boot!
This boot is a steal. It breaks in nicely, is comfortable, and looks more expensive than it is. A great "classic" but with a bit more style.

Made small -
My feet are tiny and a 5.5 is normally fine, but with these it just didn't work, so I am going to order a 6 and hope that will be fine. Apart from that, the quality is great, good leather, and very strong built. Boots that will last! Hope the 6 fits me like a glove.

I came across Zappos web site when searching for the sandal. I ordered these sandals at 3pm and received them at my doorstep the following morning around 9am. It was free shipping so I assumed I would receive them in about a week. Zappos upgraded my shipping and had them sent overnight.
