The boots look and feel great; however, I must say Zappos customer service is the best in the world.

Love the boots. Fit true to size. Quality is outstanding. But Zappos didn't make this boot. I am writing this because Zappos service is second to none. I could have bought them elsewhere but who offers free overnight shipping and if I don't like them free shipping back. Where else can you find service like that? This is the third time I've made a purchase through them and it won't be the last. Thanks for the outstanding service Zappos.

The perfect cowboy boots. Period.
Comfortable feel right from them get go. But comfort wasn't the draw here. These boots posses a perfect look of antiquity. Beautifully ornate leather work but no gaudiness on Porfirio. I just broke mine in on a week's cruise to Alaska's inside passage, and during that week I enjoyed comfortable surefooted walking as well as many nice compliments on the craftsmanship on my new favorite boots. I love them. Thanks!

 |  | Thanks so much for the expedited shipping. I meant to have the shoes shipped faster when I placed the order because I want to wear them this weekend, but I forgot. I didn't really worry about it though because Zappos always sends things incredibly fast - I've received packages the day after I placed an order! Zappos is great. The free shipping and fast return make shopping for shoes online foolproof. I know I order more because I know that if I don't like the shoes or they don't fit, I can return them easily and the payment is always credited to my account promptly. Thanks for the great service.
