Great slippers -
My son loves these. He can't wait to get home and take off his shoes so he can wear his slippers! My daughter was also jealous of them and wants a pair for herself! I really like that they're made out of natural fibers and don't have that nasty adhesive "new shoe" smell that lots of new shoes have.

Comfy and sturdy slippers -
These were a hit with my 9 year old son. The wool fabric is comfy - no "itch factor". They are constructed well and fit true to size. I had never heard of this brand before, but I'm very happy with the purchase.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
