Feels true to size. Of course they\'re not going to be as comfortabel as sneakers, but once you break them in they\'re not bad. They click when you walk, and I\'d rather my shoes didn\'t, but oh well, I needed some dress shoes and I got them, and they\'re pretty cute.

Love the look, so sorry they hurt -
These are really cute and I love the little stacked heel - much dressier than ballet flats, but they're going back. The back of the shoe is very stiff and not flexible at all. The area right above the cute cutouts curves in (you can sort of see that in the photo) and unfortunately digs in as I walk. I can't imagine this would loosen up.

 |  | Most of the time people just email to complain. This is just the opposite. I'm totally thrilled with my purchase, as I have been in the past just buying shoes. This is going to be the best Christmas ever for my mom. I was a wee bit unsure about ordering some clothing online for her since she is so incredibly fussy, but this item is perfect!
