I was in search of a cold weather boot for size 11 and ordered the Tsubo Moss... The faux fur at the top was just weird and kind scratchy. They are just thick enough to have issue wearing jeans over them, but not loose enough to be able to tuck your pants into them. Boot style was very odd when looking down at them-- they reminded me of elf shoes!

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you. I live in San Francisco and within a mile of a couple shoe stores. I will now do my shoe shopping with Zappos...much to my husband's chagrin! Your great service will be spread around to my friends.
