Disappointed -
I'm a really big fan of Timberland boots, shoe boots especially. I own about 6 pair and have gotten a lot of compliments on all of them. The euro dub chuka and the Mckenny is my favorite so far. They are the only ones that have been able to add comfort with great style and function. When I saw the Timberland Polished heel online I thought that would be the case as well, but not so; this boot has potential to be stylish and functional but it was taken in the wrong direction. The sole is rubber which is a good thing but the heel is made of hard wood causing the boot to lose its comfort benefits which Timberlands are known for. They could have just made a rubber wedge heel! And the cuff on the boot should be more tapered to the leg, which is where the function would come in at to wear with jeans and casual dresses.

Very comfortable shoe -
I have never been a big fan of Timberlands for women because I did not think they were feminine enough for me, but when I received these shoes in the mail, one day after ordering them, I was very excited! The white patent leather is wonderful for our Midwest winters and even though I have not worn them out yet, I walked around my apartment with them and they seem quite comfortable. Please do not hesitate to purchase these shoes. I looked everywhere online and in the stores and no one has them. This shoe is a great choice for even the pickiest of shoe fanatics!

I woke up to the UPS man this morning delivering a package from you containing the exact order I placed no more than 14 hours previous online. I WAS BAFFLED! HOW DID YOU DO THAT?!!!! I was so mind blown I started wondering if you somehow after receiving my order went back in time and shipped them? However you did it thank you!
