Super cute on some people, not so much on others. One of my girlfriends had these boots and she's petite (5'1" and slender) and they are amazing on her. I bought these in cognac, the color is a bit malted which is beautiful (the color varies from one pair to the next a bit). I bought these in 8 1/2, 9 and 9 1/2 because I wasn't sure. I normally wear a 8 1/2 and the 9 fit perfectly. Note on height, I'm 5'7" with muscular calves and they went all the way to my knee cap, and I had to put them on the smallest buckle hole to get them to stay up. Ultimately these were all returned. They were all scratched and scuffed when I received them. After sporting them around the house a bit, they just didn't look right. They are a bit floppy, and do bulge out the top when you tighten them down. However, they they were fairly comfortable. Pros: Stylish, Comfy, Easy to get on and off. Cons: Easily damaged (obviously),Very slouchy (you have to tighten them to make them stay smooth), wedge heel is easy to slip on. Suggestions: Nordstom and Endless are selling these for less. Nine West, Aldo and Target all have similar boots for much less (Target isn't leather, but at least you won't feel guilty if you only wear them twice).

Cool but uncomfortable -
This boot is so cool-looking but oh! The pain! There is virtually no padding at all and as a result they are so painful to walk around in. By the end of the day I am nearly in tears. But on the bright side, they look great with dresses!

I have been wanting these like...forever! I got them now darlings and they are comfortable, stylish, and on of my favs. I’m not a flat shoe type of person but I wanted these. They color can go with anything and you can slouch or wear them straight. Enjoy ladies!

Great boot!
First off, Zappos customer service is simply unparalleled; this was my first purchase with Zappos but certainly not my last.
I bought the boots in the Cognac color and they look fabulous! The leather is nice and soft too. My only qualm is that for short people (5'1") with short legs like myself, this boot is definitely on the tall side (it's a tad bit higher than it should be on me, but still looks good).

I'm living in these boots -
I absolutely love these boots! the color and style are fantastic; I have been wearing these for 2 wks straight now w/ different colored outfits. I bought the similar boots but had to return them b/c they were too tight in the calf - these are much more comfortable and of course way more affordable. I'm going to buy a 2nd pair so that i have a wearable pr for next yr!

Very Wide Calf Circumference -
I gave these 5 stars because I am cursed with wide calves (16"). You should know that the calf circumference listed must be incorrect, because these boots not only pull on easily over my huge hams, I can actually buckle them on the second notch. If you have thin calves (lucky you), know that these boots will slouch if you're not tucking your jeans in the shaft. Also, the buckle is a good two inches below the top of the boot shaft, so if you tighten the buckle, the top sort of fans out. So if you want something that really hugs your leg the whole length of the boot, I recommend looking for something more along the lines of a riding boot. Otherwise, these boots are fantastic. The leather's soft and supple, pull-on is a breeze, and the footbed has a truly attractive shape. Quality construction. The wedge is feminine but still comfortable enough for long walks. The leather is matte, and I've gotten a few scuffs, so I also recommend purchasing a good leather conditioner/protector. All in all, these boots are a steal at $200.

So comfy!!!
These boots are truly great! They are so comfortable. I have had 2 foot surgeries in the past year and these boots do not bother my feet at all. The pebbled leather is beautiful and the small wedge makes these oh so comfortable. I happen to have very skinny legs so these are a little large around the calf, but they stay up even on my skinny legs! Oh and the delivery was unreal, the boots came in less than 24 hours.

These boots are made for walking and for everything else.
I agree with Em. They go with everything and they look like they're worth more than you pay for. As a boot lover, I sincerely believe this product is an excellent buy.

I really wanted these to work -
After browsing for tan wedge boots for a month, I was super excited when I came across these boots. However, when they came, they barely fit my somewhat wide feet plus the shaft was too high. What the description doesn't tell you is the shaft gets longer as the shoe gets bigger. The opening is also rather large and looks floppy. This boot would be great on a taller gal with not too skinny calves and narrow feet.

These boots are great. Not too tall, beautiful cognac color, comfortable and classy. Plus they look good even on my skinny calves. I made the silly mistake of ordering these directly from Steve Madden - save yourself the headache and order from Zappos!

Great everyday boot!
These are a great knock of the Loeffler Randall boots. I purchased the cognac color because it goes with everything. Very comfortable, nice round toe, pebbled leather and soft microfleece lining. The shape of the ankle and shaft is very nice for a pull on boot.

Lux 80s statement -
The slight wedge heel is fantastic, and comfortable. The boots are beautiful and luxurious; there is a soft cloth lining inside. There is always a little slouch at the ankle where the top soft part of the boot flares wide and poufs a little. They look and feel great, and even though I'm looking for a slouch boot, these are pure 80s in a way I'm not sure I'll like a year from now.
