Ugg disappoints. I bought this coat, but returned it because the quality of the leather did not live up to my expectations for a coat of this price. I also didn't care for the bulk that the belt added. Just not worth the enormous amount of money.

	Zappos Rocks! First time to order from Zappos. Saw a pair of shoes and store manager said they flew out the door. So I started my look and found them on Zappos and ordered them. To my surprise they emailed me back and told me they were sending them overnight at no cost to me. How great!!! I had my shoes within two days! Great customer service guys!!!
