Great boots!
I have a very high arch, 34" inseam and small calves. This boot fits wonderfully! I have had a hard time finding a black high-heeled boot that is tall enough, yet small enough in the calf. These totally fit the bill. I did add a gel ball-of-foot cushion since I'm on my feet a lot.....I had also ordered the Reena to try, but that one was too tight across the arch for me.

So sexy -
These boots are so sexy. I wore them with a knee length dress and it was hot. That isn't even the best part. I am not kidding. I ordered them after 9:30pm on a Thursday and had them delivered by 12:15pm the next day. Can you believe that? Zappos completely rocks, and if you find yourself in Las Vegas, you have to take the bus (behind the fashion mall it leaves 3 times a day) to their outlet location. It is awesome! Have been buying from them for about 6 years and recommend it to everyone.

Not only is this boot exquisitely hot, it's the most comfortable high-heeled shoe/boot I've ever worn. 14 hours later and the feet are still happy. Very well made. Would highly recommend and am eager to try other Fitzwell items. Zappos selection and service will make that a cinch!

Ankle Biter -
These boots were very pretty. I loved the heel because although it was very high (4 inches) it was square so I thought it would help me feel more stable. Unfortunately the ankle area was so tight I was unable to walk down stairs. I wore them in my house for an hour hoping they would stretch a little but it didn’t work and my feet started to feel numb. Off they came and back they go...I kept the ever so comfortable Sofft boots instead. Thanks Zappos for making this easy!

These boots are lovely but they didn't fit my calf not even with jeans.

Cute to look at -
I ordered the boots in my original size ... too small, if ordered them a size larger...still hurt... (Something about the toe area, NOT comfortable AT ALL.) I have to send them back as well... they are darling to look at, but I have to agree with the first reviewer that stated after 10 mins in the house and it was almost unbearable. They really are cute boots, but the ankle doesn't give and they are just ouch!!

I think the boots are absolutely darling. I do agree with the other review and am going to send mine back for a larger size. They do appear to run smaller.

I read another customers review that these boots may run 1/2 size too small, so because Zappos offers free shipping both ways, I ordered both a size 6 1/2 W and 7 M. My foot is slightly wider than the average and I can wear anywhere from a size 6 to 7 depending on the width and style of the shoe or boot. I put the 6 1/2 on my right foot and the 7 on my left. At first I thought the 7 was fitting better until I walked around on the carpet awhile and realized that the wonderful leather was already forming to my foot and the 6 1/2 W started feeling perfect as the 7 M slid a bit on my arch. I kept the 6 1/2 as they are comfortable, sexy, and expensive looking. Thanks Zappos for the free overnight shipping!

Does not "fit well"-
These shoes are beautiful, but painful. The toe isn't that pointy, but the top rubs on the top of by big toes - OUCH!! Also, the leather around the ankle is VERY thick and hardly bends. I about fell walking down my stairs because the boots have no give. My ankles actually hurt after wearing them in my house for about 10 minutes. Cute to look at but painful to wear. I'm sad I have to return them.

I just received my boots today; this is a very sexy boot. It looks oh so good on my feet. Too bad I have to send them back; they seem to run a half size smaller than marked.

To say the least, this is the best service, by far, that we have ever had when ordering via an internet site. Not to mention he free shipping! We were originally concerned with the 4-5 delivery date as he is going to wear the shoes with his tux to the Jr. Prom this weekend, 05/03. He is absolutely thrilled they arrived early.
