Not pretty -
I thought the material was truly odd looking - sort of a fabric with an almost metallic/goldish crinkly look. Not like leather, not like cloth. And like an earlier review said, that back heel is very stiff.

I like these boots -
This boots look very cool, and the material actually looks nothing like fabric, but more like leather. They are pretty warm, and as I stand still I don't feel them on my feet at all. But when I walk, the back side of the heel is giving me some problems - it feels very stiff... Probably, that's because the boots are new, and this will become softer with time. The shaft is little bit wider than my leg is (and my leg is not that thin).

Great for wide calves -
These boots are fun, funky, and stylish and work well for wide calves like mine since they are customizable. I'd say they're on the casual side. The typical wide calves’ boots are too wide for my legs, so these are just perfect. Sooo comfortable too!

Best flat casual boot I've found so far -
I'm thinking I'll keep these, despite the fact that they are a little small (I wear a size 11 and have a very narrow foot. These boots are a little short for me). I'm also going to have to add a little elastic to the top of the boot to keep them on my calves. The calf of the boot is very soft and needs to be snug to keep from sagging.

This is my second purchase with you and every time someone asks me about your service the first word is WOW!!! LOL. I placed the order June 30 7:00 p.m and UPS is knocking on my door on July 1 6:00 p.m. with the package and two pair of shoes in excellent condition and shoes fitting to the tee. What I have to know is what is your fitness regime because at the speed and accuracy you guys move on my orders you need to enter the Olympics! Hehe.
