 |  |  | Wow! I got my sandals yesterday! I mean...I just ordered them and here they are! What a nice surprise to find after a hard day at work. I'm the office manager for a very busy massage clinic here in Olympia, Washington. We see many customers in a single day and don't you think that I'm going to tell absolutely everyone about this shopping experience? Heck yes! This is a win/win situation. I'm wearing my sandals right now to see if they are as comfy as everyone said they were, and so far so good. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience. I found that when I put in my shoe size and width and the site brought up all the styles I was shopping for, it would throw in some that didn't fit the criteria. Some didn't come in my size at all (I have wide feet). Maybe it was my computer though...sometimes that happens. But overall...the shopping experience was great at Zappos and I'll be coming back for sure! Thank you for such good customer service. It's that service that will get you business in these hard times.
