Lacoste bags rock!
I have always been a fan of the Lacoste Classic Bag series. I eagerly await their new colors. I am so glad Zappos started selling them (though I wish they would sell more styles soon!). I really like this style because the size is perfect (not too small that it fits my purse basics). It goes well with casual and wear-to-work attires. What can I say, I'm hooked - so much so that I ordered more than one color!

Got my Frye Campus 14 boots that day after I ordered them. I love that particular customer service upgrade. I live in Durango, Colorado which is fairly isolated and I am used to having to wait for awhile before I receive things I order via the internet. Somehow, you make the items I order magically materialize on my front step within what seems like moments AND at no charge to me. I love the boots and I heartily commend your customer service team. Secondary to your generous policies, I am a loyal Zappos customer and I recommend your company frequently. You rock. Thanks a lot!
