 |  |  | I've read many gushing customer reviews of Zappos great service and honestly thought that perhaps the expectations of these customers were just not that high. Well, I believe I was wrong. I ordered track shoes for my daughter on Tuesday evening using the standard 4-5 day free shipping hoping we might get them for her meet on Friday. I thought it was a long shot, but then again it's Zappos. Returning from work Thursday evening I found the shoes. Alright Zappos! But wait; the size 8-1/2 shoes I ordered were too small. Bummer. So much for the Friday meet. I printed the free return mailing label and placed a new order at 8:00PM for size 9-1/2 shoes for the track meet the following week with no special expedited delivery requested. Friday at 2PM my daughter IM'd me to say the size 9-1/2 shoes arrived (18 hours after the order was placed!), they fit, and she was off to the track meet. Whoa!!! This is well beyond my expectations. Don't know how you did it, but thank you!
