These are very cute. I wear them with casual and dresses. They seemed to run a little narrow (I wear a 9.5 AA). When I first got them they were tight; left marks on the tops of my feet. But after awhile they broke in and were fine. I wore them for 3 weeks in Hawaii. Not a lot of arch support but I have flat feet so they work well.

Great shoes -
I like these although I have high arches and they aren't as comfortable as some of my other flip flops since the tops are a bit tight. Overall, they are great though.

Cute...but, eh.
I fund these very narrow and I don't really have very wide feet. I thought they were adorable online and out of the box, but the straps were tight. They may loosen with wear, but I just didn't think it was worth it. I also had to get a full size larger than normal and they were still a little small looking. I wear a solid 9 and the 10 seemed a bit small.

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
