Exactly what I needed - At first I was concerned when I saw my new shoes because I ordered a wide width and they didn't look very wide. However, once I tried them on, I was pleasantly surprised!!! Extremely comfortable as well as stylish (a very unusual combination).

	Let's just say Zappos might be the last efficient organization on the planet. They make business win-win for the customer. If customer is interested in something, they don't have to be married to it. Your policies and your service make this too easy. It is also incredible how accurate you are and in the event of return, you money is quickly credited back. When I needed to phone, it was easy to talk to a real person. I don't really like shopping, but I love your format.
