Great but...
I spent a couple of weeks looking for classic boots and found these. I love the way they look and I get so many compliments on these boots. For the most part, I love the boots, but I hate the way they slouch down. I have to constantly stop and pull them up when I'm walking.
Other than that, love them and the way they look.

Searched high and low for these boots!
I searched every website for these boots, I thought they were perfect when I saw them! Zappos has such great customer service, they notified me when my size was available and I bought the second to last pair left in my size! I don't really have any complaints about these boots as the shape, heel, and fit are great. But I would like them a LOT more if they were zip-up instead of pull-on (a small detail I missed). Also, I thought the fabric upper would have more of a suede look...but it looks like something a rain-proof coat would be made out of. If you're okay with that, it's a classic looking boot that can look great with any outfit. I just hope no one looks too closely at the material!

Sophisticated and sexy -
Beautiful, elegant shoe; dresses up any outfit; feels higher than 3 1/2 inches but pretty comfortable; just don't expect to run anywhere.

Another great boot for wider calves!
These are so perfect I purchased both colors.
Finally a great style & fit for wider calves.
The rounded toe is also comfy. Great with skirts or pants.

Classic as well as Sexy -
Always purchase very high heels one size larger so that you can add a comfort insert pad. Because of the arch angle in this boot, you will need a full foot insert with a padded arch support. Works great for me. I love the style of the boot!

Hot Boots!
These boots are sexy! This boot is perfect for those with skinny calves. The rounded toe makes the boot look even smaller on my foot. The stretch fabric is nice and durable. There is a slight slouch at the bottom of the boot near the ankle, but I guess that happens with stretch fabric or if your ankles aren't thick. But the boot is still worth the price I paid for.

She recently came into the bedroom and said "WOW" because she just had the best shopping experience from an online store. She called your company last week to exchange shoes for our daughter from a December 2008 purchase. She was shocked when the rep stated that she'd have the new shoes the next day with free shipping before you received the original pair back from us.
She told me that the Zappos customer service experience reminds her of my business (we sell corporate logo merchandise & uniforms to a fast food chain). This says a lot because my wife is picky and sensitive to customer service especially from online stores.
