Love this shoe. Very cute with jeans. I ordered a half size smaller after reading reviews and the shoe fits pretty good. Seemed a little tight at first, but were more comfortable after only one wearing. Would definitely recommend this shoe.

Super cute, but universal 'flat' issues -
I kept them, so I loved them enough for the look and quality. But true to any flat, there is no arch support or heal cushioning. Mine don't flip off the back, which can be a problem w/ flats...but they do dig in a little bit. Normally I wouldn't pay this much for a shoe that wasn't 'healthy' for the foot (i.e. arch support and cushioning) but I did, so says a lot for the aesthetic quality.

Love this shoe - super cute and really comfy. I am a size 9 - I usually get my Ugg boots in an 8, but I needed these in a 9 (they don't run as big as the boots).

This shoe is so cute. I wear between a 5-6 depending on the shoe and because of the other reviews I ordered a 5. It fit perfectly. This shoe is really comfortable except for the back keeps digging into the back of my heel if I put it on without socks. But that is totally fixable and worth it because I love this shoe!

Wow. I cannot believe a pump in a lower heel can look so hot and feel so great. Get a pencil skirt and get these shoes. There is nothing & old-lady about them, just classic curve. Of course they are pointed and make your foot look long. Own it.

Nice looking but not worth the money.
Although the shoe is cute and does look exactly as it did in the listing, I was disappointed in the shoe. I’d read other reviews that raved about the arch support, which was non-existent in the shoes I purchased. I love the suede used and the bow is cute. However, the shoe does not feel as though it will stand up to any regular wear and tear. I’m keeping them, but wish I'd gotten more for my money.

I love these shoes! It is hard to see the lovely stitching detail online, but once you see the shoe in person it is great! My only complaint is the lack of arch support, so I wouldn't wear these on a day I had to do a lot of walking, but I work in an office so they are great to wear to work!

Great flat! I usually wear a size 7, but I ordered a half a size smaller - thanx to Zappos’ customer reviews. They are the perfect style for more casual clothing - but I’m still deciding whether I can wear them with more dressy wear.

This shoe is comfortable and cute. You can dress it up or dress it down. The price was a little more than I usually spend but I am so glad I did. I wear it with shorts, skirts, jeans, everything. It is so comfortable and true to size there was no breaking in period. Buy it and you will love it!

Awesome Shoe!
I love this shoe, although the material is a little wintery, I waterproofed them so that I can wear them now even when it’s raining. It is comfortable and I can wear it all day. Most of these style of shoes have no support and my feet usually get sore, not these though.

I purchased these flats in chocolate (note: it's more of a mocha color, and certainly not as dark as my chocolate classic talls) and they are darling. Very cute, very comfy, and they look great with jeans. I have a wide foot, so I didn't order down and I found that to be the key in terms of fit.

My favorite flat!
Fit: Ok, so you need to order a half size down. It'll take at least 2 weeks to break them in but but it'll be worth it. Once you do, they'll stretch to you exact size.
Comfort: If you're wearing them A LOT, I recommend some small inserts. They have absolutely have no support at all.

Not quite "right." I did not think that they were very comfortable. I am constantly in search of the perfect black flat, and this was not it...very causal looking. Had an odd shaped oval point to the toe that was just unflattering. I cannot seem to nail down my Ugg size. I ordered an 8 and I usually wear 8 in most shoes. The toes pinched. I am returning them. THANKS ZAPPOS...you make this whole process EASY!!!

Great flat! Soo comfortable, but now onto the sizing: I've never worn Uggs before so I took the advice of the other people who've written reviews and ordered a half size down. They were tight so I ordered my normal size and they were perfect. Just to make sure they weren't going to stretch I emailed the people at Ugg and they assured me that they wouldn't stretch enough to alter the size you buy. So that being said, fantastic shoe, but get your regular size.

Adorable Flat!
Although I love wearing flats, I'm really not a fan of ballerina type flats. However, these are really so cute and different looking. Since they are Uggs I am assuming they will be comfortable. I have not worn them yet since I don’t think socks go well and it's still wintertime. They feel comfy walking around the house though. The bow makes the shoe look very pretty and I chose the black color because you can wear it with almost anything.

Love it, but order a size smaller!
I have always been a true size 11, but these shoes are a little roomy. I'm going to try and order the 10 when it's available since there is no 10.5. They are really cute and comfy -- would be good with jeans and business casual pants. Can't wait to get a pair that fits!
