I got these shoes in red and I LOVE THEM!!!!! For being as tall as they are they are comfortable and they are true to size! They are absolutely beautiful shoes!!!! So happy with my purchase!!! :)

I love this shoe. Despite the height, they're pretty comfortable; you just have to get used to walking in such high heels--not scraping the actual heel on the ground and such. Sexy and alluring!

Amazing!
I absolutely adore this shoe, I purchased the purple ones, and they are soo pretty! The only concern that I have so far, is that after a few hours of wear, my toes tend to slip forward and pushes into the detail on the front of the shoe. A few shoe petals ought to do the trick though!

Too bad only the navy color was on sale... I almost bought these in red last year but now I decided I must have the purple. They are hot. And the purple patent is more like a cool 1980s shoe - the color is very bright. The platform makes it easier to walk/stand even though they're very tall. But other than posing in my hallway I can't comment on how comfy they may be after a few hours. It is tall so I dare say maybe not too comfy. I normally wear a 5-5.5 but in RSVP I always need a 5.5, so if you're in between you may want a 1/2 size bigger than usual.

HOT shoe!
I bought these after seeing Angelina Jolie wearing a similar pair of beige patent pumps from a MUCH more expensive designer! Only downside - though it says this is a 4" heel, it's really a 5" heel with a 1" platform, which is taller than I was expecting. Very comfy though. Slightly wider toe box than a typical shoe which makes them more comfy for me. I would prefer them if they were just 1 inch shorter, but I'll keep them anyway! :)

I am not a big fan of the peep toe shoe, but I have to admit that this is one of the prettiest pair of shoes I have ever owned. I can't wait to show them off. Although I must say, they are not the most comfortable pair of shoes...but soooo worth it!

Love them!
I just wore them for an event this past weekend. They're actually pretty comfortable except my left toes are a bit constricted. This is unusual only because the right foot is usually the bigger one. I wore these shoes for 6 hours and I was still alive! Granted I sat for half of that. The lady I was co-emceeing the event with loved the shoes and asked where I got them. I had to order the 6 because the 6.5 was entirely too big (for reference I usually wear a 6 in Nine West shoes). Enjoy the shoe if you get it!

This is my second pair of rsvp shoes and I love them! For such a high heel I was able to easily walk in them and keep them on hours longer than I had expected! I couldn't believe all of the compliments I received while wearing these! I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone! Now I see they have the same sort of style in satin. I do wish I had that option when buying these. Oh well! I guess I will have to buy the other style now!

Seriously sexy shoe!
You'll need to practice walking in these shoes, since they are very high and not a lot of support (skinny heel). They pinch a little in the toe, but that can be walked out as you break them in. If you are looking for a shoe that screams "SEXY!!" this is it!

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous. I have them in the Navy and can't wait to wear them. The heel is high, but thanks to the platform, they are easy to walk in and comfy. I found it difficult to get the size right, since they (and all RSVP shoes I've tried) seem to increase noticeably in width as they increase in length. I went with the smaller size since they seemed to stretch a little in the toes just from trying them on.

Sexy!!
I love these shoes. However, I wear them more in the house for those romantic evenings than out. They are a bit uncomfortable around the toe after a couple of hours. I do have a wide foot which may contribute to that for me. I would recommend if you want a seductive shoe to add to your collection. The platform is also hidden inside so it appears as a regular stiletto. I have gotten MANY compliments!

I read the reviews and I absolutely have to agree these shoes are HOT and must haves...they are high but the platform (covered) makes them comfortable. I could never find navy shoes that I liked until these. I am waiting to buy the red and the cream too when they get my size.

I was looking all over for a sexy all black heel that didn't cost so much. I finally found these online and boy am I glad. They definitely add height and they are gorgeous. They took a little getting used to because they are so high, but I really love the shape and the style. They kinda pinch the front at first, but after awhile, they break in great. I wanted to show them off, so I wore them out and at work with different outfits of course and both times I kept getting compliments on how hot my shoes were. I definitely dress to impress and these shoes help make it easy.

According to my ruler, the heel on Kaiya is a full 5.25-inches! But the shoe looks tremendous! Absolutely wonderful for me, even though I wear a size 11. I bought the "natural" color to go with virtually anything, but I'll buy this in red and black patent too!

For the price, these are very comfortable and pretty stable. These go with anything and I can wear almost all day or all night without my feet hurting like other shoes do. Overall, these are a great shoe and would recommend to anyone.

I really don't know where to begin when describing these shoes! They look AWESOME! In fact, they are so much more appealing in reality! I have really big feet (size 11) and I was a bit skeptical about getting these because I tend to end up with shoes that are true to size, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did! I purchased the red patent leather and wore them Saturday and ppl went crazy over them! I was on my feet all nite, so they weren't all that comfortable, but do you really expect to find comfort in a heel that's 4 1/2" tall?

Shoes look great, but the heel isn't 4 inches. The heel is 5 inches. I had to send back, way too tall for me and they squished my toes together. If you have super narrow feet, these might work great for you… otherwise not.

Hottest features capture the total essence of spring '08 -
Love the combo of color, open toe, stiletto. BUT the back of the heel could be more accommodating - lots of slippage due to the angle of the instep, even adding heel grippers and cushies in the ball of the foot, your toes still end up smashed against the windshield (ouch!) I'm a seasoned high-heel girl, but it's hard to walk in.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: stick to the nude colors and peep toes!

When I first saw these shoes, I thought these shoes looked sexy without looking as I'd call it "stripperish." Unfortunately, they were very stripperish and extremely uncomfortable. Notice most of the good reviews are from people with smaller sized feet. Most of my female friends with small feet rarely complain about shoe pain and this shoe is a classic case. Uncomfortable and trashy looking. These shoes failed to deliver in every way. DO order a whole size larger if you still plan to purchase them. The only positive thing about this experience was that Zappos service was excellent as always!

Hot but too tall -
I loved the look of this shoe, I ordered it in red, but the heel is closer to 5", not the 4" listed. I wear a 6 1/2, because my feet are so small and the shoe is so tall it made it very hard to stand in, let alone walk in and I wear heels all the time. Too bad they're going back, they look great.
