Fit was perfect -
I need a wide width and the 8C fit perfectly. Shoe was as comfortable for me as is possible for a 3" heel which is higher than I usually wear. Very pretty shoe. Silver just bright enough without looking too much.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I wore them all day and had no urge to kick them off. Your delivery is awesome. I received the shoes the second day after ordering.

Liked the shoe yay!
I bought these shoes last minute for formal and they were perfect, I was on my feet all night and they didn't start feeling sore until right when I was leaving and had to wait in line for my coat. So pretty good for not having broken them in ahead of time.

Looks great - not too uncomfortable for a nice heel -
This shoe looks great, but you probably want to save it for nice weather special occasions. The fabric looks pretty delicate for bad weather. I'm a bona fide non-heel wearer and I thought this one was as comfortable as you could expect for the look.

Gorgeous shoe -
Pricey but very beautiful and pretty comfortable. I normally wear a 5.5W but these I got in 6W and they fit really well. I can't wait to wear them for an upcoming Christmas party. My only complaint would be that the bottom of the shoe is really smooth; I slide on my carpet when I walk. Hopefully that'll change with a bit of wear and tear outside.

This is a lovely shoe. I ordered it knowing that the description said kid but it looked like satin or perhaps peau. Nope, it's kid leather which automatically means it can't be worn for any formal occasion. Simply, that should be a no no. The shoe fits a little large but is okay in the width. Certainly not for a wider foot in the B width.

 |  | I just wanted to drop a line to let you know that I am extremely pleased with your company. It is a relief to know that if I purchase something and it doesn't work out you will pay for the return shipping. My husband found a shoe here locally and they didn't have the size, and he was very disappointed because he was sure they would be perfect in the next size down. I said "Let’s look at Zappos" and sure enough you had three left! We placed the order on Saturday evening and they were at my work Monday morning. I surprised him that evening and he was elated plus he said they felt fabulous...I will tell everyone I know because I am sure they will get the same great service. Thank you all for having personal integrity to give great service from beginning to end. You should all be proud of yourselves for the hard work you give to us customers!
