Beautiful in the Box...
I fell in love with the photos of this boot, but once they are out of the box and on your feet, it is a completely different story. I have nice legs, but the fake leather offers no support and sags around your ankles. As another reviewer mentioned, the lace-up feature is DECORATIVE and does not actually really allow you to tighten or loosen the boot noticeably.
Overall, the boots felt cheap and flimsy. I am returning these boots and will not order from Naturalizer again.

Great look -
Even though I live in the Caribbean I needed a pair of boots for a couple of trips to the cold weather and I was just looking for something comfortable and pretty at the same time and I found it with this pair. Good buy!!!

Beautiful but snug.
I ordered a 10 wide, my usual size. These boots were just a bit snug width-wise. I've had this issue with Naturalizer shoes before. The brand seems to run narrow in general. Otherwise, the boots were so cute! I wish they came in an extra wide.

Loved the boots!!!!
I personally loved the boots! I've been looking for the perfect boots for work that would not make my feet hurt and at the same time look stylish. These boots were perfect! I actually need to buy another pair just in case they sell out of my size. Overall, I'm very pleased with the boots and they are comfortable enough to wear around town!

I took a chance on these because they were Naturalizer’s - I normally don't wear a heel any higher than 2". I was able to go all day, but took them off as soon as I got home, not the shoe's fault, because I wasn't used to the heel.

Disappointed -
These were smaller than a typical size 7 for me, and way too small for my calves (which aren't chicken legs, but definitely not all that big). And contrary to what another reviewer said, the lace up feature is more for looks - you can't really adjust the calf fit by loosening the laces. I'll be sending these back.

I bought this boot in brown and black. They're great when you want something a little different from your plain old dress boots. They are light and comfy, and the laces let you snug up or loosen to fit your particular calves. I love them.

I am very happy with the way these boots look and fit. I have had problems finding boots to fit my legs. They tend to gape around my calves, but these boots fit beautifully. I liked them so much I ordered another pair.

Cute boot, but ouch!
I wear a size 10 and maybe it’s my inability to wear heels without pain, but these boots are not very comfortable. They felt smaller than a typical size 10 and the 3 inch heel pushed my foot into the front of the shoe creating pain. I'm used to not buying leather for vegetarian purposes so I didn't mind the man-made look like other customers had complained. Cute shoe, but not comfortable enough. Returned item.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: White Mountain Marcus Flat Boot.

Awesome boot -
I ordered these boots with hesitation as my feet are hard to fit. These boots fit to the tee, probably the most comfortable pair of shoes I have worn.

Not a lace-up!
This is not a lace-up boot, as the description states. Cannot zip the boot all the way up my calves. While I could probably stand to lose 20 lbs, my calves aren't huge. Steer clear of these boots if you're worried about your calves. I will be returning these boots.

I love this boot. Unfortunately I can't quite zip it up all the way. It would be great if the laces were real and I could adjust the width on my calf. Otherwise, I found the boot comfortable.

Did not like the finish -
The boot was comfortable, but the manmade material looked "manmade." I did not keep them. I gave them to my neighbor because I like genuine leather. I thought that these would look like leather, but they did not even come close.

NOT a lace up boot!
I have larger than average calves, so I was looking for a real lace up boot. I ONLY bought these because it said "functional lace up." IT IS NOT functional! The inside is sewn shut so whether or not you undo the laces it will NOT change the width of the boot!

 |  | I've read many gushing customer reviews of Zappos great service and honestly thought that perhaps the expectations of these customers were just not that high. Well, I believe I was wrong. I ordered track shoes for my daughter on Tuesday evening using the standard 4-5 day free shipping hoping we might get them for her meet on Friday. I thought it was a long shot, but then again it's Zappos. Returning from work Thursday evening I found the shoes. Alright Zappos! But wait; the size 8-1/2 shoes I ordered were too small. Bummer. So much for the Friday meet. I printed the free return mailing label and placed a new order at 8:00PM for size 9-1/2 shoes for the track meet the following week with no special expedited delivery requested. Friday at 2PM my daughter IM'd me to say the size 9-1/2 shoes arrived (18 hours after the order was placed!), they fit, and she was off to the track meet. Whoa!!! This is well beyond my expectations. Don't know how you did it, but thank you!
