Not quite there -
They shoe is very light feeling. Does not offer much support. They look very strange on your foot.

Beautiful pair of shoes -
My Adidas Jhana are lovely to look at as well as comfortable. I have received a lot of compliments, someone described them as sexy. I am a professional dog walk, so my shoes have to be comfortable and these were on the very first day.

Not for working out -
I am returning this shoe. It's very cute. It's also comfortable but I would only use it to walk around the mall. I don't think it would hold up for aerobics or step.

 |  | Dear Zappos Customer Service, I have never written an email like this before but your high service level prompts a response. I have been working with Zappos on a pair of defective sandals. I have tried 2 different pairs of the same shoe and they have both fallen apart. Everyone I spoke to was excellent – friendly, flexible, productive. Between the excellent customer service and the way you stand behind the products you sell, I would like to never buy shoes in a department store again. The coupon was the icing on the cake. Thank you for the great service and accommodation.
