It's perfect!
There is nothing not to love about Patagonia's down sweater. It's the perfect weight for layering under a shell on frigid days, stands alone on cool days, squashes down to nothing for packing, and its wind-proof (an excellent alternative to fleece). The cut is very feminine. I ordered a small, and I fall between a small and a medium on Patagonia's size charts. There's plenty of room. The sleeves are nice and long. I'm thrilled with it!
And, as always, nothing beats Zappos for instant gratification!

I love this jacket! It is extremely lightweight but very warm. The style is quite flattering. I usually wear size 10-12 and the medium size is perfect for me.

Love it, love it, love it! A great Christmas gift from my generous boss!
Keeping me warm this Winter here in the Catskill Mountains. The cut is flattering. I can wear it on top of or underneath other garments. I just love it! I bet it will be great this Spring, too. I only wish it came in red!

Fantastic -
We started a trend - there are now 3 friends who all bought this "jacket" - 2 in blue, one in yellow. Not one of us ever takes it off, am wearing it now just to sit around the house. Feels so warm and cozy. NO COMPLAINTS! Fits great too, for those of you with long arms, like me.

This jacket is very well made, has a flattering fit, is lightweight and yet still warm and cozy. It is sized so that you can wear layers under it. I usually wear an S in Patagonia's clothes and I can wear a t-shirt and my bulkiest sweater underneath and it still fits great. It also makes a great jacket for hiking because if it gets too warm you can easily stuff it in your pack.

 |  | I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to have Gladys Knight and her husband personally keep me company while on hold to speak to a customer service agent this morning. The option to hear the joke of the day, although I did not take if for fear of losing my place on-hold, was very original and made my wait time unnoticeable.
My customer service rep helped me with several questions I had and even though I was taking along time, she did not make me fell rushed and she did not get impatient at all... that's very unusual.
I was totally blown away when she said she would waive the overnight freight charge for my order that I needed to receive by tomorrow since I'm going out of town. I had to talk to another lady to verify my billing address and guess what... she was pleasant and very nice also... unusual!!
You all have got the BEST EVER customer service I have ever experienced... not just because the charges were waived but the attitude of your representatives and the feeling I had when I hung up the phone was one of total satisfaction... I get my shoes... fast and I didn't have to deal with any bad attitudes and actually put a smile on my face... I will tell everyone I can about my totally excellent customer service experience I had and recommend they do business with you also...
Now just get those Onitsuka Tiger Asics Ultimate 81's in Women’s size 7 1/2 or 8 Grey/KW Storm back in stock and I'll be yours for life!!! : )
