Based on other reviews for this shoe, I ordered a 7.5 (I wear a regular 6.5). When I received the shoes, it felt way too big! I can see how it might fit a little large, so I would recommend ordering just a half size larger than what you regularly wear. The construction didn't appear that cheap but this is certainly not meant to be a sturdy boot. It's very cute, although the look of the bottom is odd. It's less boot-like and more sneaker-with-a-heel. The calf portion was very comfortable and didn't poke or prod my leg.

10-11 HOUR DAYS!!!
Hey, you need an excellent shoe for maximum comfort for those long, long hours standing & running around? This boot is for you! I work 10-11 hour days 3 days a week...I’m not exaggerating. I tell you, from day one this boot has been a foot saver!!! I'm a hairdresser’s assistant & I start & finish before & after she does so I need a great shoe. I'm standing, walking fast & going up & down a flight of stairs for about 99% of the day! Honestly I have about 10 min a day that i get to sit & sometimes not at all other than to take a potty break! This is your boot! Just make sure to order a full size up... besides your feet widen as the day progresses so it's just more comfortable. Enjoy!

Cheap leather fell apart -
These shoes looked great at first and were very comfortable, but after only a few months wear, they developed holes around the edges where the top is attached to the sole. Now they are almost unwearable and it's only been a few months! It's too bad because I really liked them. I just think they're made cheaply, too bad I paid such a price to find that out. Be warned.

I ride my bike in these!
I just got these, 1 size too big as recommended, and they fit great! I popped them on ran around my house for they are so comfortable. I needed some girly shoes to ride my bike in and these are perfect! The only thing is that the shaft is too loose, but the fit on the foot is ideal. I hope these last for a while. I won't find shoes like this very often.

I ordered a full size larger, and they fit perfectly. I would say the shaft is pretty wide; not meant for a very thin calf. I wear a size 10 jeans and the shaft on these is perfect.
They are definitely cheaply made; dye comes off the whole upper part if I rub it gently with a cloth to clean it.
However, they are super comfy, even to someone who doesn't wear heels, and they are so steamy delicious that I have to give them a 5.

I went with the reviews and bought a half size larger (7.5). I was expecting them to be a little stiff due to one review saying the material was a little uncomfortable, but these are the most comfortable shoes ever!! I love the height, and I love the rubber soles. They are like slippers! I have narrow feet, so these might not be ideal for everyone. Also, the one thing I'm hesitant about in keeping these boots is that the tips of each big toe barely graze the top, front of the shoe, and I'm not sure if it will be a problem if I wear them for a long period of time. Toe area might be a little smaller than usual? Try them yourself! Remember to order a 1/2 size larger. The reviews are right.

Ordered a size 10 (one size larger then I am) because of the customer reviews. The 10 fits perfectly, these shoes run small. Very cute and comfortable.

Too stiff -
I ordered my size (6) and they feel a bit tight but acceptable (I didn't read the reviews when I ordered them). However the real reasons behind me returning them are: 1. The quality of the material. They feel very, very stiff. 2. The fitting. Fitting of the shaft doesn't feel right for me. It is opening rather wide on the top, but perhaps this is because I have a skinny calf.

I usually wear a 6, but ordered a 6.5 and it's almost tight on me. I won't be able to wear thick socks, but otherwise these are perfect! Comfortable and so incredibly cool.

Cute at first -
At first I loved them and I bought wool socks to wear with them. I wore them everyday for an entire month. I am a stylist so I am on my feet at least 5 hours a day, and I walk a long way from my car to the salon. But then after a few snow storms and wearing them everyday, they started to look like they were fraying and the sides of the toes are all rippley and dented. They don’t look near as cute as when I first bought them, and I feel like they are giving me bunions. I get a continuous dull pain in the side of my foot and big toe. Sometimes at night it would throb a little. That’s really detailed but that’s how I felt. I would trade them in if I could.

Great looking boot, but size and craftsmanship are problems -
I ordered these in a 7 and they were way too small (I usually take a 6.5). Zappos didn't have 7.5 so I ordered the 8. The 8 was easier to get my foot into, but the arch hit wrong and was not comfortable. I ordered a 7.5 from another company, and they fit my foot, but I had to pick the lining seam open! They fit great on my foot but I couldn't zip them up, and I have skinny ankles. The fabric on the outside was loose but they were so tight inside, so I opened the seam (these are lined with a cotton canvas) and now they fit really well. Sort of a lot of hassle for a pair of boots, but I LOVE the style. I am a little disappointed that the entire upper is synthetic, not just the screen printed part. This really means only the area of the toe and heel are leather, and I feel the price is a little high for barely leather boots. But like I said, I LOVE the look. They are very comfortable when you finally get the right size. They are pretty roomy in the toe area and the arch is good. I would recommend these boots, just be warned that they're small.

Adorable as well as comfortable!!
These boots are too cute for words! I am a straight 6 1/2M but ordered a half size bigger based on the reviews, and I could not be happier. As is typical of Zappos, I had the boots on my porch before I could log off the computer. I took them out of the box, put them on, and went shopping without socks for a couple hours in a new shoe! They felt just like slippers and never hurt my feet once. This is my first wedge style and I love the look. You get the height without the discomfort. I do not agree that they look cheap. I think they are the best boots I have owned as far as comfort and style go. If you clicked on this boot, be sure to follow your gut and order a pair; you won't be sorry!!

I'm usually a straight 6.5. and never have a problem with size, ever… until now. If it fit, it would have been extremely comfortable. It felt like wearing sneakers. The leather was very thin without lining so it will not keep your feet warm or dry in the winter, but very cute!

Very cool -
These are great boots. Almost no shoe is wide enough for me - I have total duck feet. These shoes have a little more room than most, but more importantly, the leather is soft and supple enough to give room for my toes without deforming the sleek look. Plus, though I never wear heels, this wedge is definitely comfortable for me - it's bouncy! The style is gorgeous and unique, with lots of detail. Oh, I also love that it is lined in twill, so it doesn't snag my tights.

So close!
These shoes look great in the picture, but are cheaper looking when you actually get them. You could barely see the pretty design work on the back part and the buttons are cheap and plasticy. I actually returned them because they would not zip all the way up my leg, but as I was putting them back in the box, I noticed that a button was missing! That having been said, they were very comfortable in the foot area and if I could have zipped them up, there is a good chance I would have kept them.

Great, funky Boot -
This is a very funky, cool boot. I love the way it looks. The only con is that it runs small. I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that it's Asian-made, but I'd order up a half a size if you can. Otherwise, the boot looks great and is a lot of fun to wear.

Great look but tight and small -
Refreshing different looking boot but had to return because it was not true to size. Felt smaller and a little tight around ankle - one shoe was noticeable tighter than the other. Your toes do feel like they are tipping up and back a little. I really love the look of the boot - not sure not if I'm going to order the next size up.

LOVE!!!!
I LOVE these boots!!! I've been wearing them for around four hours now and I could wear them for another 8! I've had a very hard time finding boots that I could wear with skirts - I'm 5'2" and have very muscular calves, so most boots don't fit me in the calf or hit me at the bend of my knee and rub uncomfortably. But these are completely perfect, at mid-calf! The wedge is so comfortable... It goes with everything in my wardrobe - skirts, dresses and jeans. I ordered a half size larger so that I can wear thicker winter socks and I think I gauged it perfectly. I have them in brown, but am thinking about buying them in black as well. I 100% recommend these boots!!!

This boot is very comfortable. It is true to size and accommodates wider forefront of my foot and high arch... My feet are normal or skinny elsewhere. It does not fit tight around the leg, but it should not as that is not of this style. The only thing I notice is that for some reason when I stand or walk in them, I feel like my foot is tipping inwards. Something about the design of the sole. I am still thinking whether to send them back. Nice look with tucked in skinny jeans, not lined in plastic but cloth and soft inside sole. Great comfortable boot except for the tipping in feeling.
