They took a little bit to break in but after that they were great. Very comfortable and very cute.

The boot fit true to size. Comfortable, very nice looking. Wear them often.

These shoes are not as comfortable as another pair of Naturalizer boots I had in the same size. I am not crazy about them.

Doesn’t work for high insteps -
I wanted these to fit since I like the style but I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe with my high insteps. I should know better to order a closed shoe.

I love the style of the boot but the size is misleading...I should have ordered a whole size smaller...they are huge so, consequently, I may not be wearing them...I may give away.

A nice boot but not a great boot!
The boot is very nice and well made but it's not the best fit. Much too big around the ankle so it feels loose all the time. It is comfortable but not the best Naturalizer shoe I have ever had.

Great boots -
The material this boot is made of is very soft and the boots are comfortable right out of the box. I ordered them for a winter business trip up north and they were just what I needed. They looked good with my pant suit and kept my feet warm and comfortable. Plus, the rubber bottoms helped me feel secure in the snow.

They are really comfortable and stylish. Look great with pants. I have a wide foot and have a really hard time finding shoes, but these are great.

The Naturalizer Steward is a comfortable dress boot -
I live in the mountains where we get several feet of snow each year. I bought these to wear to church. I bought a 9 wide. It is just right, and the boot doesn't slip. I can stand on my feet for two hours and still be comfortable! It is classy looking and very comfortable. The heel has some "give" in it, and isn't stiff and uncomfortable like many dress boots are.

Great boot and great service -
I am so happy with Zappos and their free overnight shipping. I had to return a pair of boots that were too big and then ordered these boots. I had the new boots the very next day and my return was credited back to me just as quickly. Excellent service! As for the boots, I think they look great! They are comfortable and not too tight. I would not recommend them for heavy duty walking since the soles are a little hard. However, they are more than adequate and very comfortable to wear to work where I'm on and off my feet throughout the day. I haven't experienced blisters, sore heels or toes, even after the first day of wear. I think the toe box area is just a little big, but I also wear trouser socks with them, so that might be a factor. I also like the fact that the top of the boot doesn't look all cracked and worn out after wearing a few times like cheap boots often do. I first ordered another Naturalizer boot in a size 8 ½, but it was too big. So when I ordered this boot, I went down to an 8 and it fit well. I am not sure if it's the brand of boots or my feet that are the issue here b/c I often can wear both sizes in many types of shoes.

The right fitting footwear -
I have ordered and returned a number of shoes/boots through Zappos and all of them have been returned except for these Naturalizer Steward. I have an extra wide foot and found that Naturalizer (and Magdesians and SAS) was the only true fit for that width. All the other brands were too narrow even though they touted "E" or "WW".

Took me awhile...
But I finally found a comfortable, reasonably priced casual boot. I ordered this in an 8ww. It fits perfectly in length and width. I've worn them all day several times now and they provide good arch support so my feet haven't ached at the end of the day. The zipper goes all the way to the base of the boot so they are easy to get on and off. The leather is soft and flexible but also strong and well put together. I've been very pleased with these boots. Naturalizer lives up to reputation on this one.

No bend...no flex -
What in the world has happened to Naturalizer? I couldn't wear the boot because there is no flex where the foot bends in the area around the front of the ankle.

Great overall boot -
This is a great overall boot. I ideally wanted something more fashionable with a pointy toe and higher heel, but I have lower back and sciatica (leg) pain and was torn between fashion & comfort. So I ordered both, but when I got this boot, even though it doesn't have a pointy toe, it's more fashionable and elegant than I thought... It looks nicer on than in the picture. And it's extremely comfortable and fits well. I have worn it while shopping at the mall, without any additional pain, and given my back situation, that says a lot. I have wide feet, usually a D width, but ordered an EE so I could wear thicker socks, and that works well, especially because it's not a real warm boot. I'd definitely recommend it!

I really like these boots. For some reason, the right one cuts into my shin, but a long medium weight sock helps reduce the impact. Other than that they're comfortable and stylish.

Great to wear with pants!
Great looking shoe - nice rounded toe. Not a lot of cushion inside (easily fixed with an insole) and so far, leather squeaks (which hopefully will stop).

I love my new pair of another Naturalizer! It’s a very comfortable extra wide, particularly in the cold morning when I put thicker pair of socks. They are just what I wanted!

I love these boots! They felt great the minute I put them on. They are very comfortable to walk in. They look good with jeans or dressier pants. The buckle at the top makes them very stylish.

Cute Little Boot -
This boot looks great with jeans. It doesn't have much for support or cushion, so be sure to get an insert for it.

The toe of the boot fits perfectly. The top of the boot that wraps around the ankle/calf is a lot wider than expected and sometimes I feel like I'm wearing rain boots. Overall good boot but not the perfect pair.

I always have a pair of workhorse boots each fall/winter and, this year, this is THE pair for me. It took a few tries to get the size right for this boot; the final, right fit was a 7.5 WW, (I usually order a 6.5 WW) in order to fit my orthotics for plantar fasciitis and some extra cushioning pads inside the boot (I am a heavy girl at 200 pounds) and still have room for a sock! So, with all the equipment I need to stuff in a boot to make it comfortable, I had to go one extra size larger. Otherwise, if you don't have to stuff your boot with orthos and wear thin socks, I'd recommend getting your true size. This boot is actually as comfortable as my athletic shoes. I have worn them all this week and have forgotten I was wearing them. The only downside to this boot is the synthetic look; I do wish they were made in true leather. Otherwise, the fit and price were winners. I do wish they came in other colors; navy blue and lighter brown or textured leather would be great. I'd order more of these boots (Michigan winters are long!) if there were more colors.

High hopes for these boots...
This is my third pair of boots from Zappos this week. I wear a 10.5-11 W, but frequently get an 11 or 12 for the extra room with my big winter socks. I ordered these in an 11WW. These are tight, extremely tight. These are tight from the toe through the heel.
