 |  |  | I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to have Gladys Knight and her husband personally keep me company while on hold to speak to a customer service agent this morning. The option to hear the joke of the day, although I did not take it for fear of losing my place on-hold, was very original and made my wait time unnoticeable. My customer service rep helped me with several questions I had and even though I was taking a long time, she did not make me feel rushed and she did not get impatient at all... that's very unusual. I was totally blown away when she said she would waive the overnight freight charge for my order that I needed to receive by tomorrow since I'm going out of town. I had to talk to another lady to verify my billing address and guess what... she was pleasant and very nice also… unusual! You all have got the BEST EVER customer service I have ever experienced... not just because the charges were waived, but the attitude of your representatives and the feeling I had when I hung up the phone was one of total satisfaction... I get my shoes fast and I didn't have to deal with any bad attitudes and actually put a smile on my face. I will tell everyone I can about my totally excellent customer service experience I had and recommend they do business with you also. Now just get those Onitsuka Tiger Asics Ultimate 81s in Women’s size 7 1/2 or 8 Grey/KW Storm back in stock and I'll be yours for life!!! Thanks for making my day!
