Once again, Zappos has blown my mind with its customer service. I purchased these great Camper shoes and the box arrived the day after my purchase. Lo and behold when I opened the box, the wrong shoe was within it (bizarre given that the outside marked it as the shoe I ordered). Regardless, the help from Zappos was top notch - they sent me the correct pair without even waiting to receive the incorrect pair back. And they gave me credit towards a future purchase. I'm generally a very understanding individual, so I was somewhat surprised at the credit - but every time I purchase from Zappos (5 times now), I realize that I’ll never buy shoes from anywhere else.
Shoes are great by the way - very comfortable. Seem a smidge larger than advertised until I pull the laces tight.

I was so disappointed when I found out that you stopped your free overnight shipping, but the two orders I've placed since - you've upgraded my shipping both times.
