Close, but no cigar -
These shoes look nice in black, I thought they'd be practical for work and a comfortable heel height. The size 9s do fit my size 9M feet perfectly, though I found the strap over the forefoot to be a little roomy. The problem, however, is the upper strap where it encounters my inner ankle, on both feet rubs like crazy. Had to return them, too bad!

Absolutely no arch support -
These shoes were the exact color and style I was looking for and when I first put these shoes on I thought they were a perfect fit and very comfortable, however, after the first day of wearing these to work, my feet were absolutely killing me because there is NO ARCH! Consequently, about midway through the day, I could hardly walk because with the slight angle/height of the heel, all my weight was carried on the ball of my foot! OUCH! What a disappointment!

 |  | Hello! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works for Zappos. As of yesterday, I've ordered from Zappos five times over the last couple years. I usually get my orders the next day, and the longest it's taken has only been two days, and I think that's just awesome! At my job I work in customer service and think it's very important to like to help people in a job like that. I can tell Zappos employees must love their jobs because everyone does such great job. With every one of my orders, it only proves there really isn't a better place to shop on line, (or shop anywhere, in general)!
