Excellent Shoe (so far, so good)
I just bought a pair of these about one week ago, so I haven't had time to really put them to the test, but if they are anything like my previous experience with Vasque, they will probably last 4 to 5 years of near constant use. I had taken a break from Vasque last year when I was looking for a new pair because I thought the styles that were then available looked like the designer had taken some bad acid. Then last week I saw the Mantra XCR at a store, and my heart went flutter-flutter. The shoes feel and look great. I am so happy to be back with Vasque. I highly recommend this shoe. And of course you can't ever go wrong with Zappos (free 2nd day delivery? free and easy return shipping if you don't like them? what's not to like?)

 |  | Let me just say I cannot believe the service of Zappos, WOW! I ordered my daughter a pair of sneakers she wanted for her birthday from your company and after reading reviews, was concerned about the sizing. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who explained the exchange policy and checked the availability of a size up or down. I was also upgraded to VIP and overnight shipping. Well, when I went out the next morning, the Zappos box was already at my doorstep! I figure it took about 15 hours to receive this item! UNBELIEVABLE! I have already been spreading the word and will continue to do so. Your site will be my new “go to” site. I am so proud to see a company in the USA with such high standards of service.
