Great work shoes. Really comfortable with excellent arch support and wonderful cushioning. I walked around in these all over the city and did not feel like I was wearing heels.

Well-made solid shoe -
I'm an 11-1/2 Wide so always hard to find a good fit. These have a nice roomy toe box and are actually a touch long after a couple wearings but a heel pad will fix that. Love the solid heel and stable feeling. No squeaking and looks classy, if a little staid. My only complaint is that there is zero padding under the ball of the foot so I had to add gel pads. Glad there was enough room to add them.

Almost 100% happy with these -
These were right-out-of-the-box comfortable for me. I have wide toes and a narrow heel and I'm surprised to see that people with narrow feet found that these fit them well. Perhaps these shoes have a lot of give. My only complaint with these is the weird seam up the front with the elastic piece in it. I assume this was done for comfort, but don't think it's necessary. I'm not usually one for ornaments on shoes, but I wonder whether they could have put something over the elastic piece to hide it...

The color is mild chocolate brown rather than espresso brown. Good for skirts. Your dorsal foot skin shows if worn with pants.

Received this shoe in navy yesterday. Can't tell you how difficult it is to find a navy shoe in stores. I love this shoe. It looks great with a skirt, and especially jeans. The heel is high enough, but not uncomfortably high. Thanks Zappos. I now order all my shoes through your company.

Nice looking shoe.
Very nice looking shoe. I have large feet and this actually made my feet look smaller. :) I have not worn them a full day yet to see how comfy they are but just trying them on, they feel pretty good.

Finally a shoe that fits -
I have a narrow foot and have had a lot of trouble finding a shoe that fits, is nice looking and most of all is comfortable. This shoe fits the bill. I wore them for the first time to work and my feet did not hurt all day. They are very basic looking but yet attractive.

Wow! These are great. They are comfortable and they look very professional and stylish! That's not always an easy combination to achieve. Although I have used Zappos in the past, it still surprises me how quickly my order arrived--LESS than 24 hours after place the order!

Great comfort heel. Good width in toe box for my EE foot, yet not too big in heel. Only improvement I could wish for is a little more style, but for a good basic heel, it fills the need. Always love the service from Zappos.

Bought for an interview -
I bought these shoes to go with a navy suit for a job interview. The shoes are perfect for an interview/to go with a suit, because they have a very conservative look to them and the heel is not too high. My only complaint is that they are not true navy - they are more between navy and true blue. But since it was a skirt suit, they were fine.

This is the perfect everyday work shoe -- comfortable, yet with a decent heel and attractive profile. It's a good, neutral black heel, not flash but not ugly. Exactly what I was looking for.

Love them! Being a flight attendant, I am always looking for a plain black pump that I can work comfortably in and that is very hard to find! I found these and will be ordering them frequently! Any flight attendants out there, or anyone who is on their feet a lot, these shoes are the best!

A stylish shoe for my long, narrow feet, (size 13N) The shoe looks pretty comfortable but took a little getting used to as the top front edge was a little constrictive at first. Overall I like the styling and finally wore it all day at work with success.

Absolutely Wonderful!
I have problem feet due to foot surgery. Not only are they professionally stylish and elegant, they are the most comfortable shoes I've worn in three years.

A little short -
Shoe looks great but runs a little short in length. I'm glad I ordered a 1/2 size larger. Great comfort - not sure that I could stand all day in it though. The arch support is fabulous - it is the support at the ball of the foot that could be improved. Overall, it's a great shoe and I'll be buying another pair to replace this one when it wears out.
