Disintegrated in the first month - This belt looked very attractive and was quite comfortable; however, it completely peeled apart after less than one month. Outer surface peeled away from the middle of the belt after being slid through belt loops no more than 9 or 10 times. I didn't bother to return it due to the cheap cost. Look elsewhere.

 |  | I just want to say that both my daughter's family and I think you are wonderful, and have been loyal customers for some years now. It all started when she kept getting such personal, caring service from you that stood out from normal online interchanges, and so even though there are competitors she could go to, she stays with you as do I. From our end, it feels like you are one huge caring entity of human beings, quite a contrast to another online retailer, for instance, which seems like a huge robotic entity.
