I bought these slippers for my mom and she raves about them. She loves the style, the fit, and the comfort. If you're into the ballerina-type slipper, I know my mom would highly recommend these!

This slipper is cute and comfortable. Just about everything you could want in a slipper. They say they're machine washable too, but I have not washed them yet.

Cute and comfy slipper has that memory foam stuff in bottom of shoe, good traction on outside, and nice, stay-put upper. Only problem I've found is that you can't just slip the shoe on because of elastic around top. Definitely would recommend, but make sure you go larger on size!

If only all companies operated like Zappos! I've always gotten my products exactly as ordered, on time or sooner that promised. A couple of exchanges I've needed to make were quick, efficient the money handled well. I often recommend Zappos to friends. I am a loyal fan!

Love these kicky little slippers! They're comfy, cute, have real soles so you can wear them outside. Thanks to reviews I knew these ran small and ordered the next larger 1/2 size, so they're a perfect fit.

Wonderful slippers! I have had these slippers for about 4 months now and I love them! I did follow others advice and ordered a half size up and they are a perfect fit. The elastic heel band is great to keep these in place so you can wear them while doing housework and not trip or slide out of them. Unfortunately, I had the elastic thread in the heel break today while I was putting them on, but a quick email to Daniel Green and they are shipping me out a new pair free of charge! Nice to see a company stand by their product.

I purchased these slippers as a warmer weather option to my beloved sheepskin winter booties. They are perfect. Very comfortable and soft with a nice rubber sole for safety. I love that they come in a wide, but do think they run short and would suggest ordering at least 1/2 size longer than you normally wear. Other than that, they are perfect.

Great Slippers -
These slippers are great...comfy and a really good value. They seem to run a little big and I would err toward a smaller size next time. I already machine washed and air dried them once and they took it well!

Love these flip flops. Living in the desert, my footwear of choice are flip flops. I bought these while visiting in CA and these have to be the most comfortable flip flop EVER! The foot bed is squishy soft and there is traction on the sole of these. I can't wait to buy every color! Plus the cute glitter top makes them a dressier flip flop!

COMFORT!!!
So soft, so cushy, if your feet could purr... it would happen. You won't forget you have them on because shoes are not this comfortable. Work well for that mad dash to get the newspaper too!

Very happy with my slippers -
I ordered these for my girlfriend and she loves them. She was looking for something warm and comfortable to wear around the house, and these fit the bill perfectly. I ordered half a size larger based on previous reviews, and that seemed to be very accurate.

Great Slipper, very happy with it -
Really like this slipper. Ordered a size up from my normal size and it fit fine, my normal size was too short. I'd say it runs a bit short. Really nicely padded and comfy, I would recommend this slipper without reservation.

Slippers -
The slippers were beautiful; however, the size was very small for a 12W.

Soft & comfy. I typically wear an 8.5 or 9 but after reading the reviews decided to order a 9.5 and glad I did...just hope it doesn't stretch out.

Comfy and attractive -
I purchased these for my mother-in-law for Christmas. She prefers more traditional items and not the big, fluffy slippers. These slippers are exactly right and I know she will be pleased with them.

Slippers -
Slipper very nice except my toes slide toward the front of the slipper making it feel a little too short even though it is on the large end of the shoes I wear. Nice and warm.

Yes! Grandma slippers!
I'm pregnant and got these for the hospital. I ended up there already for a few hours and disliked putting my shoes back on to trudge to the bathroom, and it was cold, so I wanted slippers. These are great. Really soft/furry, comfy on the bottom and the elasticized back keeps them on your feet. Couldn't ask for better, worth every penny!

Nice, stays on foot - cozy, solid sole - very good overall -
The only downside, is the toe seems a bit snugger than it could be, BUT I know over time these will loosen and begin to get to fit exactly MY foot. Since I cannot find - even in the city of Chicago - house shoes of this model easily
and need/want these - buying via Zappos was THE best!

Adorable, but sized way wrong!
The product came super fast! Zappos upgraded my shipping to next day for free...love them! Slipper is ab-so-freakin-lutely adorable, but runs very small, hence the 3 star rating for comfort. Was going to just exchange for a larger size, but someone gave me another Daniel Green slipper that is out-of-this-world comfy, so Im just going to return this one.

I bought this shoe for my mother. She is a dialysis patient who has trouble walking and is always cold. She loves these slippers. They are warm and stay in place on her feet. The hard sole provides her with some stability as well. She wears a 9 narrow and the slipper seems true to size.

Comfortable slipper - runs a little small -
This slipper was comfortable, but the sizing did run a little small - about a half size. Fortunately, the Zappos customer service was so good I had my replacement slippers quickly and with little hassle.

Nice fit and comfort -
I like them - I work at home on the computer so I needed something I could have on my feet to keep them clean, comfortable and warm - but not too warm! I hate sweaty feet! LOL...so these work like a charm. I was going thru slipper socks too quickly - they wear out too soon. These are perfect for my needs.

 | | Hi Fabulous Zappos Team: Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Barb and I just finished reading an absolutely delightful article about your company and corporate culture. I was so genuinely impressed that I wanted to send you all a note of thanks. Thanks for being the genuine article! My entire adult work life I have tried to promote a happy, customer focused work environment. While I have always been extremely productive from being authentic and caring, certain supervisors looked at my ways as being suspect and a little weird. Yes, it's true they felt a respectful, caring attitude was a waste of time and actually did not care if their current customers were satisfied. How they didn't equate that current happy customers equals monetary success now and later through referrals is still beyond me. They also never "got it" that their incredibly high employee turnover cost them dearly. Trained, happy people produce positive results. I worked with a company as a manager for the past 8 years that went through 29 managers in the 2 locations closest to me in my 1st two years of employment. Finally I decided to leave after not being able to effect positive change in my boss. Amazingly at Zappos the positive goes CEO down and back up - way to go! Being the eccentric optimist I am, I left my job and figured I'd have a great job in no time. Unfortunately, I am still looking for a positive, proactive position and was getting a little blue until I read the article tonight about Zappos. The great news is that my faith has been restored. There actually is a company that values what is really important and not just in a PR lip-service kind of way. I wish you all enormous success, big bucks, and happiness. I hope that your corporate culture spreads out like wild-fire to other businesses so that people like me who live it and believe it can experience it in our careers. If my husband wasn't off serving in Iraq, I'd probably be there beating down the door for a job, but it is in extremely bad form to sell the house and move away while the husband is out of the country for a year.
I most sincerely appreciate: Your Zappos core values that you really follow. Your supporting your employees to learn more, be happier
and spread happiness. And that you promote customer service, not the usual customer DIS-service people I often get on the phone. P.S. Here are 3 of my Barb-ism's 1. Manners and smiles are free - so everyone should have them. 2. Mr. Smiley face is the most handsome man I have ever seen (my apologies to any male models at your company) 3. You can never go wrong with shoes! Cordially, Barb Y. | | ~ Barb Y., August 25 2009
