Needed a belt in a hurry and Zappos came thru. Only issue is that these run a bit small in size. Great belt. Greater company!

Not as Advertised -
I like this belt quite a bit. The chestnut is a beautiful brownish color, it has a nice style, well-made, & worth the money. My one issue is actually with Zappos & not the belt itself. Zappos advertises the belt as being "wide" & 1 & 1/2 inches (1.5 inches). It's NOT. In reality, it's a bit less than 1 & 3/8 inches. I bought it specifically because Zappos said it was 1.5 inches, so I'm disappointed.

Shouldn't it match?
I bought this belt in the Chili Burnished Calf to match a pair ofAllen-Edmonds Weybridges in the same color. I was a bit shocked to find that the belt didn't particularly match the shoes- it was kind of a dull brown, and not very dressy. The shoes are tremendous and I would recommend them to anyone. The belt? My Perry Ellis is a better color match, and dressier.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
