Too much work -
You have to loosen the laces to fit your calf, even if you have little calves. Then you have to take the decorative ankle strap off to get your foot in. The zipper hangs up a little where the shaft and boot leather sections meet. When I finally got my foot in the boot it was too narrow and too long. I wear an average size 7 so I got the 7 - 71/2. When I went to order the next size down to try them, that size was not available so I ordered the similar boot that has a buckle at the top and the ankle, but a higher heel and went ahead and got the 6 - 61/2. PURE torture. Sorry. Went back to my favorite "UGG".
I would like to add that the people at Zappos are special!! To put up with people like me.
