Comfortable almost out of the box - very little breaking in required. Wide width is great for my EE feet and heel height is just right for work.

I love my new shoes! I wear an odd size (11.5) and it was really easy to find what I needed. I will order more shoes through Zappos again soon!

I love these shoes; they are so comfortable, fit like a glove and have a versatile heel height. I had to go down a half size, which I've found is typical of Trotters. I purchased them in black and brown and would have bought the navy as well if they'd been available.

Okay, not the best looking shoe out there, but it sure is comfortable. The shoe is true to size and has a nice arch support. I ordered wide and was happy that it was indeed roomy for my toes. I ordered these while I was preggo with swollen feet and were a huge life saver. Great for all day office/on your feet job.

These shoes are great! I walk a lot at work and they are very comfortable. I wear them with pants and skirts and they look good. I highly recommend them.

Nice, dressy shoe. A little wide in the heel (I wear a 9 1/2 N), but wearable. I ordered it in brown and black. Surprisingly comfortable.

I am very impressed with the excellent service I get from Zappos. Free shipping both ways is almost unheard of when online shopping. The shoes I purchased were a perfect fit and a wonderful value. All together I will rate Zappos AAAAA.

Comfortable at first but the more I wore them the more they pinched my forefoot. Don\'t go by this though. I think it\'s just my feet. I need a wide toe box and this was just a bit too narrow. I love the look though. Would recommend if you don\'t have trouble with your feet.

I was looking for a comfortable light weight shoe that looks good with dress slacks for the office. I have been pleased with these. They are comfortable and very attractive. The only thing I would mention is that after only a few wearings, there are some wrinkles across the shoe in the top section. All in all, I am satisfied with them.

These are probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought- I was afraid they would not be 'stylish' enough, but for a basic shoe to wear with pants they work just great!

These are great looking and instantly comfortable shoes. I ended up buying them in three colors:blue, brown, and black. They are slimming to the foot and look terrific with pants and also good with skirts. An excellent choice for working women who want to wear them to work. I wear them when I go out on a weekend with friends. I highly recommend this shoe.

I bought these shoes about a month ago after reading numerous reviews. I am new to wearing the Trotters brand and was a little apprehensive at first ordering without actually seeing and trying them on. However, I have to say that these are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. The fit is great. Having trouble with pain in the ball of my feet, I expected the worst. I have worn them for the past month and am so happy. They feel like I am wearing flats instead of heels! Maybe not the most stylish, but they work great with slacks.

I love Trotter shoes. I do a lot of walking at work and these shoes are wonderful! This is my third pair and they are comfortable from the moment I put them on. I have never had a pair that required breaking in. They look great with skirts, dresses and slacks! This is a great looking shoe at a reasonable price.

These shoes fit right from the start. Although they aren\\\'t a flashy pair of shoes, they look great with pants. They fit in the width and length and I didn\\\'t need to break them in. I wore them all day with no problems. I just wish they came in a larger range of colors.

Great shoe! Just a high enough heel to allow my trouser jeans to fall to the correct length. The broad heel means you can walk all day at work and be stable - no teetering on too-high heels. The toe is tapered so it elongates the leg better than some loafer styles that are blunt across the toe. And finally, the padding makes this a comfortable shoe. Highly recommended!

Not comfortable! I ordered these shoes because I read all the reviews that talked about how comfortable they are. I am on my feet 10-12 hours during the work day and these shoes definitely could not hold up to that. They really hurt my feet. Maybe they are fine for a desk job, but do not order these shoes if you really need to walk/stand at your job.

These are very cute shoes. Comfortable, but not if you are on your feet for more than 30 minutes at a time. There isn\'t enough padding in the foot-ball area. I tried some insole things, and it just pinched the top of my foot in the shoe and made the bottom cramp up. I have very wide feet and these were just wide enough to wear for a short time.... ok when I sat for a while.

These are very comfortable shoes, no "breaking in" at all. They fit from the moment I put them on. I am on my feet walking all day, and these are just the right height of heel and flexibility across the top of the foot. Love them.

I really like this shoe – it’s attractive, comfortable, and fits true to size. Although out of the box it was not as comfortable as another pair of Trotters I own, they broke in quickly and I now comfortably wear them at work and walk up to 2 miles per day. I did immediately get them re-heeled because I don’t like the plastic-y heel which is noisy and slippery.

This is a very comfortable shoe, not extremely stylish but it works well with pants. I have a high arch and narrow heels, and this shoe works well in dealing with both issues. A "go to" shoe when you need to walk a lot.

Very comfortable shoe - I was able to wear it all day quite happily, including lots of commuting walking. The height is good for my long dress pants. I wish the color were a little darker navy, but they are at least darker than some other blue shoes.

Not what I had hoped!
I was hoping these would be my new favorite shoes to wear. I was very disappointed in the fit and support. They were fine when I first put them on but as the day wore on I couldn't wait to take them off! If I knew they would have been so uncomfortable, I would have sent them right back!
