Disappointed - I really wanted to like these shoes but they just didn't fit right. The ankle is way too wide and my foot just moved around too much and I almost stepped out of them. If the ankle had been smaller I would have kept them but they just didn't work out. I even tried wearing thick socks but all that did was make the toes tight and my ankle and heel still moved around a lot.

My absolute favorite boots!
Thought the boots were a bit pricy, but wear them everyday during the winter. The most comfortable shoes ever!

Hi You All out there
I love the shoes however the WIDTH could be just a bit wider in the toe area. No other complains, I love the way the hill is constructed your foot feels very steady when walking on it and most of all they are so easy to get in and out. The width and the zipper in the ankle area and also the elastic on the side are fantastic. My ankles are always swelling and in this style shoes my foot feels wonderful. They look beautiful when wearing any kind of pants including jeans. I wish you will have more colors to choose from, and if you will I would by more immediately for future use. I found a high heel shoe and comfortable to. Thanks Eva R

PERFECT!
I was unable to find just the right boot at any store. Naturally, Zappos had just what I was looking for: A boot that was ankle high (I have thick calves), a considerable and nonslip heel, could be dressed up or down, not too high of a heel (must be able to walk comfortably in them all day at work), not too flat of a heel (I'm short), and cute. These boots fit the bill 100%. I highly recommend them!

I LOVE Zappos!! I LOVE the free shipping both ways, it makes me feel comfortable buying when I'm just not sure about whether I will like them or not. 99% of the time I LOVE the shoes I purchase, the ones I don't I just wrap them up and ship them back and my refund is on the way.

Comfortable bootie -
This is a casual classy looking wedge bootie that is comfortable from day one. However, I had to order up a 1/2 size larger than I usually take.

Great boots to wear with suits -
I love these. Comfy though not overly cushy. Heel isn't too high. Zipper makes the boots easy on and off. I ordered a wide. It may be a little wider than I needed, but with the cold and snow, I like thicker socks anyway. These are not insulated.

It's a nice looking shoe, but not as comfortable as I had hoped. It is perfectly fine if I only have to do light or moderate walking. Still, though, they are more comfortable than similar shoes I have had.

Comfortable and stylish!
I love these boots. They are so comfortable, they look great and the quality is good. They run about a 1/2 size to large so Zappos exchanged them with out a hassle. What could be better?

Odd fit -
Not a bad looking boot, but they sure do fit strangely. Short in length, narrow at the front, and absolutely huge in the heel. I don't have narrow feet, and my foot was just flopping around in the back of the boot. With every step, it was a struggle just to keep the boot on my foot. And I tried 8 1/2, 9, and 9 1/2. All freaky. Generally, I'm a size 9. Sorry Easy Spirit, but thank you Zappos, for the return policy which allows us the ability to try things on!!! Zappos ROCKS.

Amazing comfort plus style -
This boot shoe was more than I expected. I have a wide foot plus a high instep and this boot is a perfect fit. Wore it the first two days I got it. Christmas shopping, five malls and several hours each day and my feet didn't hurt at all. The only negative about this boot is it doesn't come in brown also.

 |  | This was the easiest, most pleasant online buying experience I have ever encountered. I ordered a 7 1/2 and it was too big, you guys were out of a 7, which is the size I needed. I had 2 days until the dance and was in a bind. I actually found a phone number to call and the CSR was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I thought I would have to pay to get another pair sent out, but they transferred my credit and sent another pair via next day delivery. It was delivered as promised and fit perfect. I returned the other pair via the instructions and the whole process was wonderful. Thank you for great customer service!!!
