I use them for slippers.
These "shoes" are exactly what I was looking for. I use them for slippers and they are warm and comfortable. They are great for going outside to get firewood or walk to the garage. The arch supports are great. I have special arch supports for my shoes and my feet feel very good in the Keens. I am thinking of getting another pair just so that when these wear out I'll have them.

Not bad -
Overall I like the shoe. I could wear it without a break-in period. The only problem I find is that there is very little cush in the ball of the foot area. It made walking on a concrete floor uncomfortable for my sensitive feet. On carpeting it's like a slipper. I do like the slip on for taking the dogs out at 4AM. Not bad.

I like the way the shoes look and they feel comfortable enough. However, I only wore them on weekends during Spring/Summer/Fall to stroll around the city and the cleats were completely worn off in less than one year.

Perfect for a shoe at home -
I need support, even when I am hanging out at home and Keen's Timberline is perfect. The wool exterior is soft, so it feels like a slipper, but there is some support so if I stand in the kitchen for a while, my feet are still happily supported. I got the Mediterranean and it is a beautiful blue.

With these shoes, my feet stopped hurting! I had had insoles made for my extremely high arch because of plantar fasciitis. The inserts couldn't support my foot in my other shoes because the shoes didn't offer support for the insoles - so the pain continued. I went shopping for more supportive running shoes on the advice (orders) of the PT. These shoes, plus the inserts, really worked.

These keens are great. I have barcelona's that I use for school and wanted something warm for winter. I teach pre-school so I am on the ground often and in the sandbox. I love them so much I decided not to use them for school. I wear them for everything else.

Cool Keen Slipper/Shoe -
Very cool Keen slipper was broken in from the moment I put it on. Very comfortable without socks, but a bit hard to get my feet into with socks on. I have a very high instep though. This shoe has great arch support for those of us who really need it. You can wear this slipper… anywhere - it has a rubber sole like a regular shoe. I highly recommend this foot covering for any human. It is delightful!

Keen's Timberline slipper/shoes are a hit!
I just purchased my 3rd pair! I have high arches and a bunion on one foot and I can wear these for hours without my feet hurting or aching. They support/fit my high arches perfectly and the toe bed is roomy. All-around comfortable! They are durable; the third pair is so I have them in three different colors! I also appreciate Zappos’ ease in ordering and their quick service; the slipper/shoes arrived the day after I placed my order!

The Best Ever -
I just received the shoes today and I am now wearing them. They are so comfortable and the arch support is the best I have seen in a shoe such as this. This was my first time buying from Zappos and it won't be the last. They are really concerned about the customer, it has been a long time since I have seen that. Keen is a great product, I thank Zappos for having such a great website to buy from.

I love these shoes. I was in the market for a shoe that was warm and supportive. I am a teacher and spend all day on my feet and by the end of the day all my other shoes would hurt my feet. I bought these and no more problems. I know they are listed as slipper/shoe but they don't look like slippers, but comfy winter clogs. I wear them to work and to get the mail.

I love this slipper! Originally I had ordered a 7 ½, which is my regular size, but in this slipper I needed an 8. Maybe it's because I wear a sock sometimes and needed the additional room. Once it's been worn a few times, it's the best fitting slipper. Great indoors and out!

These boots were cute but I returned them because I could not tell from the photos that the brown has the "burnished look" - and I wanted all one color. Other than feeling slightly stiff, they were quite comfortable and seemed to provide good support. Sizing is accurate. I think they would be good in snow. Might try them in black.

Fantastic!
I love Keens anyway, but these are now at the top of my list. NO break-in period needed, soft, cozy, and comfy but with great arch support. The black is actually kind of charcoal b/c of gray flecks--even better than plain black which would show every tiny bit of lint.

Love these shoes & just ordered my 3rd pair. You can never have too many... can you? They are a great slip on shoe & most comfortable. I wear them as soon as the WI weather starts cooling off which is most of the year. For as often as I wear them, they are hardly worn. They do pill on top from time to time, but nothing a sweater stone can't take care of. I would highly recommend. My favorite & love them!

Slippers??? Oops, I use them as shoes!!! I LOVE THESE SHOES/SLIPPERS. Okay, it took me a while to find out many people wear these as slippers, but I lug myself around the mall, to the store, etc. in these all the time. I have high arches and these are great. When I first tried them on, I thought they were squishy, but super comfortable. The wool on the outside wears off in about a day, but maybe because I wear them outside all the time. This is just one of many pairs of Keens I own.

Keen on my Keens -
I schlep in these things all year round. From day one I tossed off my Halfingler clogs and never looked back. Warm in the winter and cool in the spring into summer (right now). I'd get these again, because they'll be wearing out completely before I get another pair of slippers this good.

Comfy but...
I am an avid Keen fan, I own 6 pairs and the end is not in sight. I bought these because I wanted house slippers that were supportive. They certainly live up to that; these are the most supportive of all my Keens.
While I love these, there are a couple of caveats:
1. They are not the most durable. The fuzzy covering on the inside wears out very quickly (but doesn't impact the performance, just cosmetic)
2. I have a dog and 2 cats; the wool is a magnet for their hair!
3. The opening peels up from the socks you wear.
4. These run true to size. I wear 7 in most other shoes but always 7.5 in Keens. These are actually quite big, especially when I'm in my bare feet.
5. These may not breathe well. Sometimes it feels clammy when I'm in my bare feet.
But, aside from what I've mentioned, the problems are minor, and nothing that will keep me from wearing them.
I actually think they're cute, despite what others say. Keens definitely have a unique look to them, but comfort, performance, support, and quality outweighs any vanity!

Ultimate shoe for difficult, flat, narrow feet -
Best shoe ever for a flat, no arch, delicate toes, achy heels. Ahhh, so comfy. Can walk again and again, outside, inside, outside. Feet are lovely again. Wishlist for clones!!! Arch support is unbelievable. Toes can breath. Can walk to yoga and away from yoga with happy yoga toes.

BUY THESE :)
These shoes are the shoes I put on when my feet start feeling abused by all of my other shoes. They are so comfy, flexible, warm, and supportive. Now, I'm sure you can tell by the pictures that these are far from cute... in fact, I feel like a mountain man in them; haha... not the style that I'm used to wearing. These are totally worth it though. They look decent with casual jeans and really hug your feet. The opening felt a little snug at first, but it stretches out a little and forms to your feet. Buy these! :)

Warm and cute, but...
Ok, I bought these because of the reviews, but I must say they are not anywhere near as comfy as my other Keens! The arches are so high. At first I thought I'd have to return them (I bought two pair), but after wearing them for awhile, I'm getting used to them. Definitely not a stand all day shoe. Great for lounging and keeping warm though. Not much in the front of the shoe as padding either.

Ok, let's be honest. These shoes are ugly. I initially got the burnt orange and thought they looked like clown shoes. I felt ridiculous in them. I exchanged them for the rum raisin and they are much more subdued, but the shoe is still rather unattractive. I am keeping them, because they are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever had on. I'm going to use them as slippers. I have pretty high arches and the arch support in these is amazing. The wool doesn't touch your foot so it's not itchy. I wear an 8 or 8.5, and the 8 was perfect in these. My foot is slightly wide and I have plenty of room to wiggle my toes and slide my foot in.
