These are great easy-on-easy-off boots, at a good price with great customer service! These are great for running out to the mailbox after a snowfall, or shoveling. Very warm, very comfortable. I would recommend buying a half-size smaller; exchanges are easy if the fit isn't quite right. Very positive shopping experience with Zappos. I've been "Zapped"!

Pretty good boot, but mine runs a little larger than the size it\'s supposed to be. I was wary of the zippers after reading earlier reviews, but so far, no problem. Of course it\'s early in the winter and I\'ve worn them only a few times, so we\'ll see.

I bought this pair for my bf to go up to the snow & turns out that it was a keeper b/c he felt they were comfortable! I got it for a very good price too! Love it...can't wait to reuse them again next fall.

Great feeling boots!
I needed a good easy on boot for snow plowing and got it with this boot. Warm well fitting true to size comfortable boot. Only thing I needed to do is soap zipper to ease movement.

Beware of Zipper!
I bought this boot for my son. We live in the mountains and snow boots are needed to wear at school. He likes the comfort of the boot. He also likes the traction. The only problem with the boot is the zipper. The zipper is hard to pull up all the way and easily falls down. It is really annoying. I would have sent them back, but it was hard to find a zip up boot and despite the zipper problem he really likes the boot.

The reviews suggested these boots are a size larger than tagged, so I ordered a size smaller and they were too tight (so much for reviews) so I sent them back and ordered again. The service was great, with absolutely no problems. Thank you.

Although this boot looked sharp online, it's much more plain in person. It has horrible arch support, and I have high arches. I basically feel like I'm walking around on my toes all day when I wear these.

Best Boots Ever!
These boots are amazing! Easy on and off, extremely comfortable and feet stay both warm and dry. I have not had any issues with the zipper mentioned by others but I do take time to make sure it is clipped down after I put them on.

The zipper opens once in a while. Other than that, it's a great shoe for winter. Another thing is that I tried looking for 1/2 size since I couldn't find it anywhere, I decided to go for the full size and found out that it's wide and big enough that didn't need the extra half size.

Nice casual boot -
This boot is very comfortable and definitely waterproof. It kept my feet warm and dry while I was standing in freezing water and slush trying to unclog a sewer drain, when the snow started to melt. Only criticism is that the zipper is a little hard to work and occasionally unzips if you don't get it all the way up.

Great boots, weak zipper -
I've owned several pair of these boots. I wear them all winter - warm, waterproof, easy to take on and off. Weak spot is the zipper, which falls apart well before the rest of the boot has begun to wear.

Run even bigger than expected...
I read the reviews and ordered a size smaller than I usually wear, but there is still a lot of room in there. This is not really a problem if big socks are involved, I was just really surprised. They are really warm though, and easy on/off. There is some weirdness around the ankle though with the zipper... I think it might be annoying wearing long term (it hasn’t snowed since I got them).

Good shoe, good price -
These shoes run a size large. I wear a size 9 in Adidas, size 10 in Puma, and a size 8 in Sorel's Cold Mountain Zip. It is a wide shoe and there is plenty of room. This boot does not feel super snug yet it does not feel like it will fall off either. The zipper is very convenient, just make sure you lock it, by having it face straight down. I find it to keep my feet warm but I have only used them in weather as low as 40 degrees F. All in all, so far a good shoe.

Run bigger than the size indicated -
I got these because I was looking for pull-on winter boots to wear when I take my dog out. The boots are not exactly pull-on, but use a zipper mechanism to fasten the boot. While more convenient than laces, they do need the same amount of fiddling to put on the boots. You have to open the zipper and pull out the tongue to put your feet in.
The boots themselves are firm with good insulation. Unfortunately, they are too big for the shoe size indicated. This is also after allowing for thick winter socks.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
