Warmest pack boot ever, 100% waterproof -
Boot comes in whole sizes only, but that left good room for a warm wool sock when I ordered a half size up. A little loose in the heel, so doesn't feel 100% fitted, but I think that's intended so feet are not constricted and hence can stay warm. When I hiked with these, they actually warmed my legs up, too! That's how warm they are. They might look a little wide or bulky, but these boots are a kind of fashion statement of their own in spite of it. Should last a lifetime. Worth the money. You can be in snow for hours and they are 100% waterproof. Socks won’t get damp or feel wet (especially if you're wearing wool).

Absolutely fabulous!
I was hooked on these boots immediately. It is a lot of money, but I am very comfy in them at low temps, they are not clunky and will last me forever.I saw older Sorel boots and know that mine will look good and be functional even after many years. The limited edition number is a bonus. I wear size 9.5 or 10, and bought a 10 which is good with socks for me. I tried them without socks which works as well. The width could be a tiny bit tighter, but I do not slide in them. I take the liners out to thoroughly dry them. I am a repeat Zappos customer and can only recommend to try them out. Their service is above excellent.

 |  | I had an older version of an Asics shoe and was not sure what to buy, just knew I wanted one that was as comfortable for walking. Zappos has a number to call for help with sneakers. The person who helped me called Asics to find out what the newer version was so I would know what to order. Had my shoes the next day. Have yet to find service on the web that is as good as Zappos. My size was only available in black (not the best look) but I went for it anyway for comfort while walking. |  | ~ , October 07 2008
