	I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. Every company has issues once in a while, yet Zappos always comes out on top. This letter is to Zappos' employees for outstanding service! I have been ill for 4 years and I am always excited to get my package in the mail. What makes Zappos even better? Days like this, when my illness has me pretty down and I speak with customer service at Zappos. Now I am excited, grateful, and have much needed energy due to speaking with customer service employees. Now I feel I can get out on this gorgeous sunny day, enjoying the park and all the beauty God has placed before us. Thank you Zappos for brightening my day and making my heart smile.
