The perfect pump -
This is a beautiful, sophisticated basic pump... what we've come to expect from Stuart Weitzman! It is versatile... appropriate for work and evening. The lines are beautiful and graceful, the toe is not trendy-pointy, and the mix of the suede with patent leather heel gives interest. Only one minor downside... after wearing the shoes for five hours at an afternoon reception, I would have appreciated a little more cushioning at the ball of the foot. That is why I gave the shoe 4 stars for comfort. I plan to purchase something to put inside which I hope will solve this problem. If it does, I plan to purchase in another color!

Boy was I ever looking forward to receiving this shoe because it looked like exactly what I needed. Not so much. The vamp fits so very oddly because it's cut out widely without covering as much of the foot as a shoe should for a good fit and good support. In other words, this shoe would offer no support at all and the heel would have to fit too tightly to keep the shoe on the foot.

Finally, the perfect purple pump -
This is my fourth pair of Stuarts!!! If you want a beautiful purple shoe that everyone compliments, this is the one! It is not as dark as it is in the picture; it's more royal when you get them home. They are absolutely gorgeous and worth every single penny. At least you'll look fabulous going into the poor house... ;)
