These shoes are so comfortable that I own them in two colors. These are the only shoes that I have spent the money to re-sole (after two years). Many compliments, also.

Most comfortable shoes ever, worth the premium price. Not sure how Bruno is able to make your feet feel like they're wrapped in light velvet, even though you have socks between your skin and the shoe. Rich brown color goes well with jeans and khakis. big fan, though I am paranoid about not walking properly and scuffing the soft leather.

Very Classy and Sophisticated -
Excellent shoe. Great quality. Looks great with jeans or with a suit. The rubber sole is nice where weather is not friendly.

Great shoe!
I bought these for my brother who only wears Bruno Magli shoes. He loves this particular shoe because they are so comfortable and easy to put on/off. Highly recommend them. You can't beat the price or the service here at Zappos.

This is without a doubt great shoe. I've owned it for over a year and it still looks new. The sign of a great shoe is that you forget you have it on, and this shoe draws no attention with pressure points. Well worth the money.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned -
I am a very particular guy when it comes to my shoes. These are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. You would think that shoes that are so soft and comfortable wouldn't be durable, but not true. These babies hold up to daily wearing. I've had mine for over a year and have worn them in all kinds of weather and they still look great. When you add up the cost of buying 2 or 3 pair of inferior shoes every year to 18 months, they are actually a value as well.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
