 |  |  | I am writing to let you know how helpful the staff at Zappos has been in assisting me. I recently ordered a pair of shoes and then decided I did not want them. I submitted an email explaining my situation. It was responded to almost immediately. I was told that the order had already shipped but that Zappos would contact UPS for me, something I'm sure other companies would not bother doing, and recall the order. It was completely done for me by the excellent staff you have there. I received my refund within two days of my original order.
